This app is the worst

I ordered one and only one burger and it’s been more than an hour now yet my order didn’t arrive
first there was a payment issue and the app didn’t even show it
Then the driver lost the way
The support is not answering not by a call nor by a message nothing
The driver has finally took the order and somehow he lost the way again
He doesn’t answer
The support doesn’t answer
They have already took the money
I am starving and I have no idea where my order is or the driver

US credit card no longer works

It was working perfectly fine for the past couple months but after thet update my US CREDIT card no longer works. I tried using all my US Visa cards and it keeps getting error message ( High Risk Country). I hope you can fix the issues as soon as possible. My card works fine at other websites.

This is a scam...

Terrible service and pretty much a scam. We ordered 100 minutes ago and paid in full. Estimated Delivery time was less than 50 minutes. Screen shows we have a Driver. Driver says order does not appear and asks us to call toyou support. Toyou support not answering the phone. We sent them a message to ask for help and no response. Totally stuck and no idea. Just do yourself a favor and stay away from this app.

Worst ever

There call center is a ghost center, no one will ever answer you.
there chat will till you to adjust your address in 3 minutes or they will cancel the order and when i did send the new address multiple times it was pending, not delivered while there threatening messages about canceling the order are delivered just fine. Once they have canceled my order all my messages was delivered.

They have failed me three times, i will be so stupid if I ever even think about ordering from them.

Worst app - don’t use

Yesterday, they cancelled an order after 1 hour and said they would refund in 30 days.
Today, the driver is asking me to cancel an order they have charged me 1.5 hours ago because he can’t find the restaurant.
Customer service doesn’t answer calls and has a very bad automated response system.
I honestly think they are doing it on purpose to charge money to customers.

Worse costumer service

I ordered and apparently the driver went to the restaurant’s location but it wasn’t there so I contacted the support but they never answered..
tried calling, texting , no response..
definitely never again .. 🙃
And definitely don’t recommend it to anyone ..

Worst app ever! My order was placed, the money was paid through Apple Pay, a driver was assigned, yet two hours later the driver says there is a technical issue in the app and will not deliver, he was disrespectful and unprofessional.
The “customer service” team will not answer the phone since they only work during the day even though the majority of meal orders are placed in the evening!
I cannot put into words the amount of disappointment I have for this app! I will lodge a complaint to the ministry of commerce because my money was not returned!

Worst Food and Delivery app ever!

I have ordered only once and I was waiting for two hours before I saw that my ordered was delivered to another address and was handled to another person without providing me the drivers mobile number not even a call from the driver to confirm the receiver name and address. I tried calling the customers service and they never answer, and I contacted them many times by their twitter account and they only responded 2 times without taking any action. Until this day I haven’t received neither my order nor my money back! This is absolutely the WORST of the WORSE of any food delivery service ever!
Please don’t deal with them or at least choose to pay cash in delivery, they are not trustworthy nor professionals!
