Don’t download this app just use HungerStation app

How many time I will order and then my order will come Misson some things items like food or something and then I tried to contact them nobody would respond nobody will care I sent them already one week ago nobody call me back but if it’s hunger station they will call back after have an hour they will fix the problem I tried to call the driver he said it’s not my fault that the restaurant didn’t give complete order so it’s really bad bad bad app

Terrible Service Given with No Care

The driver took more than three hours to bring the food! I actually order using another app and told him to throw his late order in the trash as I wasn’t home. I will never use this app again, it was a total disaster and I paid money for absolutely nothing. Terrible service, terrible app, unreliable customer service (no one called back for my complain). This app is a scam and is actually sending humanity backwards. DO NOT USE IT, will never recommend it. Wasted money on nothing.

Terrible service

ToYou drivers are the worst delivery in Riyadh.. Every time it’s a ToYou driver my orders never arrive

No delivery

Most of the times I have placed the order, they take the money and then the order doesn’t get processed. A lot of the time’s I have just wasted my time with these lot

They do listen to customers and respond very quickly and in a professional manner. They are improving their services, drivers are very professional and most of all it gives you a variety of options unlike the other apps.

Rarely accepts orders and when they do they cancel halfway through the waiting time. Guess I’ll just stick with the known competitor.

Bad Service

I sent an order to a friend and it got canceled. The amount was deducted in full from my account and support tells me the amount was on hold and was not deducted. I did not receive any refunds. I contacted support through texts, calls and emails. No response.

A really bad app

I’ve tried for 3 months to order thru them during different times, and different stores and not once my order was processed.

Technical Issue, No costumer Support available

I'm very upset with the App. I placed an order & paid for my order, yet I cant track the order or contact the driver, the app keeps giving me "technical issue try again later" msg. I tried calling costumers service but they responded "No one is available right now to help you, we will call you back later" I also tried msging costumers service but no one is replying to my msgs either!! Now me & my family are waiting for the order to arrive before Iftar time because we are fasting, it will be very disappointing to us not to have our order delivered before Iftar time. I am going to delete the app after this order & never use it again & I don't recommend anyone to download it. Please deliver my order on time or please give me back my money.

Update: My order arrived after 1 hour & a half since I ordered.

Fix your technical issues please, I dont want to order again to stay worried about my order if it's going to arrive or not.

Bad service

The driver took my order and then After hour I asked him why it took so long he told me he’s not working today !!! and this is his second order and I should just cancel and when I asked him to cancel he said yes and I was waiting but he didn’t even when I send him a message he didn’t answer I even called him he didn’t answer so I’m stuck here waiting for the call service to re call me because I called a lot and I need my money back to order again ~ worst experience ever.
