You don’t deserve any stars You say on your invoice 2 days delivery then when you ring up its 5 to 7 days the phone goes straight through to India !!! When you say you have emailed them actually 4 times they say they haven’t received any emails really !!!!! The live chat doesn’t work !!!! What kind of company is this ???? And then you have to give yourself a star rating otherwise it doesn’t go through

Absolutely shocking my daughter placed a order and payed with my card The product wasn’t as described on the website so we returned it They keep trying to take payments out and then a few months later they took over £100 out in one day a total of four payments and never got nowhere with them the card was in my name they didn’t have the authority to do this and I never got a refund absolutely disgusting

Ok when it works !!
I buy a lot from TJC , however this app isn’t much use . I’ve bought 3 items recently on what was supposed to be budget pay, however when going through checkout it took the full amount out of my bank instead of a first instalment. It takes forever to load up sometimes , some days it won’t accept my password, the postage costs shown on screen live I never get when checking out. I’m going to give up with this app, waste of time!

They only guarantee electric items 6months I
I bought the 12litre mini oven i only ordered it middle of October it stopped working middle of June i thought its got a 12 month guarantee on the box in big writing iv spoke to TJC and sent them Emails but to no satisfaction so quite a good amount of money spent and no product we are pensioners and we bought it to save us money on energy bills I won’t fall for TJC again it seems like every nickname I put in as been taken

Awful App
App is easy to use but I keep having very frustrating experiences with it. I use it on my mobile phone and I find if I scroll on the page during a live presentation I can bid for things without being aware I’ve done it. Then when I try to bid for things it’s says item has been placed in basket but when I go to basket to check it out it’s not there!! And on other occasions after I have checked out it gets stuck and I’m not sure if the payment has been successful or not and have to check my email confirmation to be sure. It’s driving me mad as I’ve lost out on a few things recently.

Don’t buy Gamages…sold under umbrella of Gamages name despite Gamages having been closed for many years…cheap Chinese Watches available much cheaper on Wish under various other names…they refuse to tell you about the movement and Antoni Fields who appears as Head of Gamages company talks rubbish, has other watch companies with exactly same watches as his Gamages watches but cheaper…check Swan and Edgar and is apparently under investigation from Trading Standards!
Items often cheaper on eBay etc!
Customer Services lie, put you on hold, hang up on you and Never call back!

Keeps freezing on the I phone
Further to my first one star review. There are more problems with this ap. Firstly if you hold your finger on an enlarged picture of a piece of jewellery the screen suddenly turns through 90 degrees and freezes. The only way to fix this is to delete the app and reload from the ap store. Secondly, in the view your orders screen it refuses to get your previous orders and instead says that I do not have any. I think there are lots of bugs to fix with this ap and I have come across others but these may not be a problem for you.

I over the years spent thousands over the the years, but since COVID 19, I have spent hundreds on very expensive items. I am have many disability’s, and a Son with Autism. Living in a small town, your company was a saviour, but the following week’s the prices plummeted greatly!!!!! I could saved a fortune on different shopping channels!!! I would appreciate as promised by a member of your team by pressing number 5. I haven’t received the letter from Becky or Nitin, and as promised I would like it written and sent to me please???? Your jewellery has become more sophisticated and prettier than I have seen at times compared even to the likes of ‘Rocks & co’ (......). It’s reasonable priced and most importantly the producers are great...funny, but so passionate about all of the products. 10/10 **********
