Ordered a piece of jewellery they had taken my money and didn’t contact me to say they didn’t have my size no one informed me what so ever it had taken me to phone them up and ask where was my order was I had to wait a further hour for the answer, I asked for a full refund then they told me it takes a further 5-7 days for it to come back to me meanwhile it’s more interest in their bank account than mine they didn’t even off me any compensation what a waste of time and a waste of money will never shop with them again utter crap
