Just ring the number, it’s free
Easy to get, but useless. To do most things you need to use the links in the app that then take you to the official website. The app freezes and is unreliable. If you see something you like from the ‘missed it’ list, the app doesn’t let you click on the item details to elaborate the description and you can’t click on a ‘missed it’ image to see alternative views - your ONLY option to see these missed items fully is to add to basket and then go to your basket and click the image or description; only then will the details and alternate pics be visible. That’s pretty naff, as you then need to delete things from the basket if they are unsuitable. Time consuming. Shame.
Once logged in, it does not recognise TJC plus (giving free next day postage) and charges for postage. I have tried many times now with this slow app and I have needed to call every time. My time is more valuable than this!

Constant error messages
The app and website drop auction items from my basket or “to pay” section, long before the 48 hour period is up, I receive constant error messages when browsing, also on both platforms and except for one time, the customer service has been abysmal with zero follow up.
Please spend some money on your IT department and employ a few customer service supervisors, it would serve you well.

App crashes all the time anywhere
Am a regular buyer of TJC, sadly due to my life style I can only order via the app as I can’t call and wait on the line neither I have the tine.
The problem is that it crashes, logs me out, wouldn’t accept my password and also have missed many auctions and live purchases even though I added to the basket and half way through payment it crashes and leaves me wondering if I purchased the item or what’s the situation. Have complained many times but nothing was done about it.
With the current situation on line shopping is the best way to get what you need but not with the TJC app. Please sort it.

More trouble than it’s worth
Terrible trouble trying to get in touch regarding problems ordered three items every time I click on a page it’s blank or it goes back to home page and won’t accept my password i won’t bother after so many times trying I give up

I can’t access order history oops something went wrong numerous times getting thrown out of app crashing I get no support or feedback from company Once items have left the auction or I’ve missed them there is no access to details the wish list is a waste of time if you can’t access it I’ve tried everything but still doesn’t work and so on and so on and so on
The weight of gold items should be displayed as I noticed a couple of my gold items don’t have the weight displayed even on the online certificate it’s not there
This should be on all items no matter where they are in the app
Also the invoice should have a box to tick so it does not show the price for gifting
And in my account I should be able to open invoice and check payment price/plan to be able to pay early or when it’s due next

Basically Useless!
The TJC app seems to not respond to input, especially when trying to make a purchase. In the past i ordered via telephone but on my most recent attempt decided to use the online ordering system. However when trying to register i was asked to fill in my date of birth. However the dates on the page only go back to 1984! As i was born in 1946 this is impossible!
I inserted what i was interested in buying, a ring for my wife. The size, type of stone etc were inserted. I was asked to proceed to the secure payment section and was promptly sent to the sign in/ register section. As above I couldnt register as the page stipulated that I must enter my date of birth which is 1946. As previously stated your years only go back to 1984. It seems that unless you were born between 1984 and 2020 you cannot fill in this required form. Something is seriously wrong with this App.

Randomly the app freezes and crashes
Highly annoying when you’re already browsing items which are stacked and when the app freezes after about 5 seconds it completely crashes and what you were looking at now becomes after starting up back at the home page
My jewellery collection
I have purchased some really beautiful jewellery from TJC. Their diamonds are fantastic as is their tanzanite . I find the prices are really good too. Much cheaper than buying from High Street stores. Well done TJC

I have ordered a lot of jewellery from TJC recently and just when I think they have sent me the most beautiful ring I have ever seen and I have hundreds the next one I receive is more beautiful than the last. They make great quality jewellery at great value prices. A brilliant combination!
Miss sims
I have many apps but without doubt this is the best app I have. I can watch the show anywhere I am and never miss out on the items I like the best. 100% beautiful jewellery. Everything I’ve bought so far has arrived on time and in perfect condition. Love love love love, this app. Thank you x
