  • Makes Great Coffee…BUT

    This is a great little brewer and very smart. It’s easy to use, easy to handle and it makes really great coffee very quickly. HOWEVER!! The “schedule a brew” feature threw me a curveball. I thought it would actually brew a cup of coffee in the morning at the time I scheduled the brew, and I would wake up to the smell of a cup already brewed for me. But NO. After re-reading directions and trying the feature three mornings in a row, i finally gave in and googled it to try to find out what’s going wrong. Turns out it’s a feature that does not work as intuitively as I had expected, with all the other wonderful features this Keurig has. Apparently you have to be awake, pay attention to a notification on your phone (which is silenced because I’m ASLEEP!), and click a button to tell it to go ahead and brew. This seems a waste of time to me. It would be easier to just open the App and click “BREW”. Not sure why the Keurig app even has this “schedule a brew” feature — it sets the customer up for disappointment. I won’t ever use it. Not knowing anything about app-creation, I would say “how hard can it be to program”? Thanks for your attention to this review. Everything is great except for this one little thing.

  • Glitchiess App EVER.

    This app almost makes me not want to even order coffee from Keurig… when you’re searching for products to try something new, in order to get back to the list, you have to hit the back arrow and it literally takes you all the way back to the top. so now you have to re-scroll through everything just to get back to the point that you were at! This is one of the most annoying things ever!!!! Especially when you are searching through hundreds of coffee choices. Also, as you’re adding things to your cart and you have to keep going back to the top of the list after about five or 10 minutes you’ll have like eight things in your cart and then all of a sudden there will be zero things in your cart. Also I caught Hades trying to change my payment information because I no longer have the card that was used. I finally gave up trying to change it, and just did Apple Pay and used a card that I did not want to use. I’m at the point where I’m about to stop using this app all together. Because every single time I use this app or website for that matter, it is the same thing. You guys need to seriously fix this app.

  • Pretty bad and laggy app

    Always have issues, they make it hard to place an order because of the various bugs and overall laggy-ness of the app

    Update - I actually came back to lower my rating from 2 stars to 1 stars. I can’t even place an order because the “See Offers” ribbon is in the way of the “Submit Order” button. These guys are literally making it impossible to use the app. Stick to buying your K-cups at the grocery store.

  • Edited: Much Better Experience.

    I used to order from Keurig website years ago with no problems but stopped when delivery was ridiculously bad (not Keurig’s fault). When I found the app and I had moved to a location where I don’t have delivery problems I decided to order again. I spent an hour trying to order 6 boxes and there was nothing but problems. I would put an item in the cart and go to order a second item and the cart would be empty; this happened several times. Also, the filtering process is terrible! I will try again another time but this was really frustrating! Please fix!

    Edit: I was finally able to place my order and was shocked to receive it in one day! I still think the filter/sort needs work; it’s very frustrating to use.

  • The Keurig App and its website need work

    The app and website is slow to respond. Plus I experienced the same issues on the both the app and website. I started an auto delivery and was nearly done but wanted to browse other brands. I accidentally tapped the back button and then was unable to find the auto delivery I started and was almost done with. I had to redo the order from start to finish. I’ve been a Keurig customer for years and I never cared for the website and later the app. Both are slow to respond and to me, are difficult/confusing to navigate. I have tried modifying existing auto deliveries and have had no success so I end up canceling them when I want to add a different product.

  • K-Smart and app

    Terrible products. Do not waste your money, time or effort on these poorly made products and app. Half of the time, the machine won’t stay connected to the internet. The other half, it doesn’t recognize the pod. I have to open and close the app multiple times every morning just to brew my coffee, even though it’s supposed to work remotely. You can’t fit anything tall like a Yeti to have your coffee poured right in the mug. I have to have it pour into something smaller and transfer it to my Yeti. Then your coffee isn’t even hot. I have it set to the hottest setting and it’s barely luke warm. I am on my 3rd machine in less than 2 years. I have had two replacements because they are such poor quality. But I’m stuck with this trash because I can’t afford a better quality machine. Do not waste your money.

  • App is confusing

    I love my Keurig coffee machine. I have had several throughout the years and loved them all even though I didn’t think I needed one. What takes stars away from my review is the app/website. I find it very clunky and slow to respond. It also is quite confusing when I want to swap coffees on my Smart or Auto Delivery. It seems like it could be much more simple to do this, like maybe creating an entirely new order instead of trying to swap or replace items. I get confused about what I’ve already changed and it is strange going through the previous order to see how many pods I have left. It is just a very confusing, onerous process.

  • Worst Customer service on the face of this planet!

    I bought a machine today, and I can’t get it to work. App doesn’t do anything, because the machine doesn’t work. I spent 5 hours trying to figure out why a brand new machine isn’t letting me do anything. I finally reached out to customer service, who’s response was literally almost “here’s a link to our website. Figure it out”. You really think in the 5 hours of fighting with this thing, I wouldn’t have thought to look at your help articles. I even told you I tried something that isn’t even on your website, which is apparently advance troubleshooting y’all do that I found referenced in a video. I wasted probably $10 in coffee, and $200 on a machine and your customer service can’t even be bothered to give me more than a copy and paste response! This app is dumb, doesn’t give any assistance in trying to figure out why a brand new machine isn’t working.
