Awesome potential, needs better accessibility
I bought the supreme plus Keurig maker to use with this app. It has the best potential for accessibility. I’m blind and use voiceover, and parts of this app need some work to be usable with Apple‘s accessibility features. Would love to talk to the developer about it so that it can become a 5.DrewAppLover
NEEDS ONE MORE THING…
I Love my K Supreme Smart. I love it even more with this app. There are two coffee drinkers in my house and we both want to use this app to remote brew but we cannot. It’s my account so I’m hooked up to the app. In order for my DH to use the app he has to sign in on my account and he hates that. He even tried opening up his own account but that didn’t work. Everything come in my name. If he can use the app from his phone with his own name and account on the same WiFi that would be perfect. He would have his own record of his own brews and favorites. Please make the app work on the same Wi-Fi with two or more people able to use it without using one account. That would be awesome. ONE MORE THING…. I have an Apple Watch and would love if i could remote brew from it. If you guys could make the app work with the Apple Watch that would be great too!Show lessClownbaby1st

Thank you for your review and feedback! At this time, after the first person connects the brewer to your home Wi-Fi network, anyone else can download the app to log into the same Keurig.com account. We will pass the suggestions along!Smart-brewer & app are great!
I’m loving my new smart-brewer, and the app makes it easy to start my cup of coffee up in the morning before I even get downstairs. It is also great in that it keeps track of how much I brew and orders new k-cups as I need them so I never have too many or run out. Great job Keurig!MHanes
Can’t get to step #3
I was really excited to be invited to be a part of a panel to evaluate the new Keurig duo. I am at least moderately tech savvy even at 79. I was able to connect the phone and coffee maker, but connecting the Keurig to my home wi-fi failed every time. I saw that with a rating of 3.4 stars and reading comments, others had problems with connection as well. No info (i.e. iTunes videos)on the internet that applied to the Duo Connected directly. I think the software developer still has some issues to work out with regard to this model. I sadly will be making arrangements to ship this back. In a word: the app is crapShow lessshownird
Incredible coffee maker and app
The K Supreme Plus Smart is the latest and greatest coffee maker. This app is just the cherry on top!
It was very easy to download and connect. I am currently sitting outside and making another great cup of coffee in the kitchen about 50 feet away. The only problem is how to get that cup delivered. Maybe this will be resolved in the next generation! 😎Show lessD8765JU
Disappointed
So I bought the new Keurig Supreme plus smart brewer. The app crashes more than it loads. When I was finally able to use it, I tried to connect the brewer to our WiFi. After repeated tries, the brewer connected but the app says it’s not. Says try again later. So I can’t use app to use any of the special features they advertise. I’ve even set brewer back to factory settings and started over. So far I like the brewer but the app is 1 star cause that’s as low as it would let me rate it.Show less12mike2
Scheduled Brew Doesn’t Work
I wanted this app to use the schedule feature. I put the pod in and setup my cup and went to bed with it scheduled to run in the morning. The machine went to sleep and the app didn’t wake it up to brew. I attempted this twice.
I don’t understand the point of the scheduled brew if you have to go turn it on manually anyway.
Unless I’m doing something wrong I can’t recommend this app. The brewer itself was worth the money, however.Show lessdieburnbot
Overall great concept and could be better!
I love Keurig and the options and quality/convenience is brings. But the app needs to be made to work faster and not log me out every other time. I’d also like to see it become more than plugging the website and to be more fleshed out. A decent start though.jediandrew97
