Map route update
It has been really convenient to travel around with Pathao. No hassel for booking however, most of the time we are not able to find exact pick up and drop off address in map. It would be great if the app developer would update map and route in Nepal.
Poor management
Why everyone ask the payment method. If it’s digital they don’t want to take if they take it by mistake they blabbed it. On parcel section you don’t provide full info that if someone chooses your service it will take 3 hours to deliver. Also some of the drivers don’t know the app & map need plenty of training to gave proper service to Pathao customers. I think Pathao don’t care about the customer anymore.

Worst food delivery app in BD
Pathao has the worst food delivery system with worst support system. I mailed them about my complaint , and then they reply me after 7 days with no good reason, just a sorry. I dont know what their developer does, they don’t even know any business logic of a food application apps. I couldn’t even complain from their app, because their so called system not even allowed to upload any image. Without any image how i am going to complain? They want us to mail them, and i did but in return they reply me back after 7 days!! Seriously. I could never trust pathao with advanced payment for my food cause their worst app doesn’t even locate actual restaurants near me for this reason delivery man will always cancel. Foodpanda is far far better than this worst pathao app.

Food orders keep cancelling and support can’t help
Not sure what’s wrong with the app but can’t place a food order. It keeps cancelling. Called support and they couldn’t help. Tried resetting and reinstalling with no luck. Suggested I contact live chat which is on the website and not even available on the app? I don’t have the patience for that.
This happened for last 3 days. Wanted an alternative to foodpanda but seems like I won’t have that just yet. Used to work fine so not sure what happened. Oh well.

Good in many ways, but room for improvement
The pick-up and drop system is very convenient, but the constant bombardment with mindless advertising is diabolically dehumanising, rapaciously focussed on profit at the expense of humanity: one more imbecilic attempt to get rich at the expense of a rapidly degerate cultural landscape. You might consider that a few sapiens have remnant intelligence remaining, and woul infinitely prefer to pay for an ad free experience over this constant dehumanising and irritatingly boneheaded advertisements for kiddy junk food.

Unfair prices
The amount shows at the top initial time when I take a ride, the prices increases at a huge rate after finishing the ride. The gap of price is unbelievable shocking.
They’ve shortened the radius of distance for restaurants that I can choose from
Migrate to *Hungrynaki* The radius distance has been shorten 4-5 times now. It’s so short that now I’ve crap restaurants in my recommended feed. Search doesn’t reveal them. I used to have Purnima, Kacchi Vai, Sultans dine, Priyo Mejban and many more but now they’re gone. Since they are too ‘far away’ according to them. I’ll not be using pathao anymore. I’m a huge spender on pathao food and this is what it has become. The support is also gone. They have some crap automated calls for specific issues. Then they tell you to message on hotline or Facebook messenger where you’ve no hopes of getting any replies ever so that’s just for show. I suggest just migrate to hungrinaki, you’ll receive much better service

Useless app think twice before downloading if u dont want to be harassed
Pathao has nothing but bad riders who dont even listen to customers , saying petrol karcha , arguing and showing a lot of arrogance. These riders even harass you through phone calls just because you complained about them like little kids and Sometimes they take you through offline rides and charge you more. There has been recent trends on how they dont even end the rides but show you the estimate price rather than actual price. Shame on these people before using this app think twice

Courier deliver without letting us know
They come to home to deliver products without letting us know. It causes many troubles such as product checking, not being at home etc. Hope they let us know before coming.
Rider issues
Where to complain or how to complain when rider started the ride without picking you up than roam around but not answering your calls and making you wait till you give up and try to cancel the trip thn you found out that he has already started the ride without picking you up. This is just insane.
