Can’t add my credit card
Dear pathao dev. Team. Please work on the transaction with credit card issue. I have tried several times to add my credit card to the app and pay with it. But i have failed. It keeps loading on and on in the loading screen. And it keeps on going for ages. Please solve the issue.
No customer complaints service
Worst app currently which does not allow customers to lodge complains against any misconduct. Customer care number is open only for pathao riders and drivers.
Had a very odd incidence today and unfortunately, couldn’t report them.

I dont understand the drivers accepting the ride and when i call them they just end the call or not giving any response. I have had such a bad experience, lot of waiting only and i ve found so many drivers just accepting the ride and saying they are at the pickup spot but in reality they are not. I am quite dissapointed

Improvement Required
I’m using this app pretty much every day. But I’m suffering a lot because of it’s poor navigation. For each ride, the drivers struggle to find the pickup location. Sometimes, the drivers are lazy to check the map and know the pickup location. Being a customer, time and comfort is most valuable for me. But I’m very sad to say that Pathao application & the drivers aren’t keeping up to that. Hope they’ll find some time & resources to improve.

Pathao app is helping me out but the pick point and location doesn’t show up in correct way.
Pathao should update and fix the correct location and pick up location.
Launch it on other districts
Please launch it everywhere in Nepal this would be helpful to others its being very hard to go to any far places there are some vehicles but very less
Incoherent service continuum
When ordering food, the delivery guy accepts the order when in fact they have nothing to do with it. Poor thing often has to call the customer on their own dime to report that some item(s) are not available. This is by far the laziest approach at handling service operations that I have ever encountered in my life. I wonder how fulfilled the management at Pathao feels resting on their knock-off Chinese swivel chairs thinking about their accomplishments in life. I hope you’re reading this, Sifat and Kishwar, get the restaurants to verify the order before releasing it to your delivery personnel. How misplaced does your sense of order have to be that you are so blind to such gross negligence? Very thoughtful! Darwin Awards have never been so deserving up until now

Makes me want to tear my hair out
A truly amazing phenomenon that I’ve been fortunate enough in witnessing is that Pathao riders pick up a call, despite being very far away, waste anywhere between 5 to 12 minutes AND THEN CANCEL. Just to be clear, I live in Dhanmondi, and the location that I typically go to via Pathao is reasonably far away. The distance between the rider and the pickup location can be seen right from the beginning, so why waste time of your customers in this way? I just missed an important meeting because of this. Thanks Pathao.

Bad company , safety issue
The company never took any complaint in regards to customer complaint. The never respond to any issue you faced throughout the journey. Their rider use different number plated bikes & it’s really difficult to reach out their support staffs thorough phone call / in app support. Rubbish!!
