What’s the point?
The favorites buttons don’t do anything so what’s the point of setting favorites. And if that doesn’t work then what the point of even having the app or having Bluetooth on the desk?bdidhwbx

This app works great. Best Bluetooth app I have used so far.
You should add requestReview() method after some action is done successfully in the app so the rating goes higher. It doesn’t deserve this low rating.ddabo
Favorite position feature is broken
As others have commented, the favorite position settings in the app do not work at all. Per the documentation, this should allow either automatically or manually (depending on the user setting) positioning the desk to a saved favorite height. Without this feature, the app is useless as there is no advantage or additional features beyond the height adjustment switch located on the desk.
Developers, please fix this and then encourage users to revise their dismal reviews.Show lessaequanimity
Favorite positions behavior
What am I missing? If I set 3 buttons to my 3 favorite positions - then i would think I could press any of those buttons and expect the table to go to that height. Doesn’t do anything. Trying to find documentation on what the expected behavior is supposed to be.standing...
Worked as expected
I’m not sure what everyone is talking about as far as functionality of the favorite position. I’ve reset it just fine. It works as a remote control for any hydraulic desk. I’m not sure what these 1 and 2 star reviewers were expecting. It’s a remote control and works for that. However, I do agree it would be a cool feature if you added so that when we click our favorite position the desk adjusts to that height. But that’s probably also a huge liability also. Well I understand the logic behind the three favorite height setting
When you trying to adjust the height, the motor will stop at your favorite height.
The disadvantage is you have to press or pull the switch constantly until it stop.
I guess, the manufacturer have concerns about allowing the desk adjust the height itself.Wing Prince
Solid little app
It’s great to see Linak supporting and updating this app for people who have invested in their products. It’s a simple app that does what you expect, controls your height adjustable desk. It’d be awesome to see Siri shortcuts supported in a version soon, voice activated desk raising would make this app 5 stars!Show lesswhybother80
What’s the point of favourites buttons?
Like all other reviews I have set 3 favourite positions but the buttons on the app don’t work. The only effect seems to be when using the up/down switch on the desk as it pauses briefly at a “favourite “ height. Is this the way the desk/app designers intended? Would be nice to know!BY DES Expert
Bluetooth Doesn’t Work
So I tried to pair using two different phones. Neither phone picked up a signal entirely useless at this point.
Note on other comments: the preset height feature is not “one touch” for safety reasons. You have to hold it in case it pinches you or jams into an obstruction.Mr. Shigglebert
Basic control - Ikea Idasen desk
As per the other review I also have the same problem, I can save favourite positions but when I press the favourite buttons nothing happens..... shame as automatically moving the desk to that height would make a basic app a little less basic - as things stand can’t really see the point in getting the phone out when you can just reach for the button on the desk to do it....Show lessDerjie
