Loses preset and up and down button missing
The app works initially but after 1 or two uses the control buttons disappear. I tried restarting the app to no avail and only reinstalling fixes the issue but the the controls disappear again after using it once or twice.Rezzzzz2015aaaaaa

The app leaves a lot to be desired. The fact that you have to hold the favourite position button defeats the point. Even if the desk does not support automatic drive, the app should continuously send a timed hold command until the position is achieved. There should be an integration with Siri and Google assistant so that I can control my desk using voice commandsShow lessCaptainMK

Decent app but missing extras
Is it possible to get a widget for selecting my programmed favourite positions? I love the option to set preset heights but feel like I wont use it as often if I could have a widget on one of my iPhone home screens. It’s an extra step to have to open the app each time for just a quick selection that a widget would nicely accomplish.Show lessDefiant_NX74205
Bugs and errors connecting
The height somehow is not synchronised with what is shown at the physical control. Was given errors when tried to re-pair the device.CharltonC1234
Ikea desk
Doesn't stay connected in the app.
Also holding the button in the app make this whole app completely useless.
We also need integration with Google Alexa and homekit.
Honestly guys this is not a hard app to design. Please make it work.Simonnigashitty

You need Bluetooth on. It tracks vaguely how long you are standing but honestly I don’t even care or look at that. Pairing was easy. You get 3 favorites which you can use from your phone or the desk but you have to hold the button on the app to go to the setting, honestly it’s a safety feature (think kids). If you open the app without Bluetooth it make get a little funky just kill it and re-open it with Bluetooth on.Show lessDJJaxe

The app and the desk controller have mismatching favourite positions.
Every time I try to update the favourite positions on my phone, the app crashes.
When the phone is connected via Bluetooth to the controller, the desk controller refuses to execute the double tap shortcut to go to the nearest favourite position in the direction of the double tap.Show lessa.k.petrov

Cannot change favourite positions. App crashes then when you go back into the app it shows a number that doesn’t reflect where the desk is. Total trash. FIX THIS!RaffGonz
