Not recommended at all
They are always out of delivery drivers I just ordered my pizza 6:15 pm. It said it would arrive around 7pm. When it was 7:54pm I called them to ask how much longer the order would take. They said when I ordered the pizza they didn’t have any delivery drivers. They said they would redo the order and make sure to have a driver get it to us. They said it would take another 45 minutes to an hour. 2 hours later and we finally got our pizza. And the pizza is super cold, and even though I specifically requested they knock on our door they just left it on the ground in front of the door and left because they had to use DoorDash. A note to the restaurant… if you have too many orders to handle and make sure they get out in a timely manner don’t accept new orders. 10/10 will NOT be ordering online again and I have deleted the app because this wasn’t our first order nor was it the first time it was late and arrive cold.

Wrong pizza last time, two hour wait(so far) for delivery this time!
Last time I ordered online for delivery the pizza toppings were Wrong. I prefer the same 1-2 pizzas every time, & somehow they’re different every time! And I’ve ordered a lot of pizzas in the past few months/years!
Now my 2nd order in the past week was tonight, I’ve been waiting for over two hours (so far now) for the delivery!
I called about an hour ago, for the 2nd time & he said it’d just came out of the oven & the driver was leaving with it, we live 2 blocks away, and I just now got a cold pizza over 2 1/2 hours later!?!? 🤬Why is getting good food/service so hard anymore?

I have to say we came from a different state was looking for a quick bite well for a great price fantastic service this is ur place the delivery Dr was the nicest person ever it was easy to order on the app y’all got to try this Pizza it is Totally Fire just saying

Pointless app
This is the only app I’ve ever tried to use thats only functionality is to open the internet explorer. I could have just done that myself instead of wasting space on my phone with this useless app. Plus now when I log in, I can’t use my rewards. The setting has changed itself to no rewards, which I changed back several times with no avail. To make it more irritating, the emails keep telling me how many reward points I had built up before they stopped working. It makes me sad because I actually love Jets pizza, despite how expensive it is, but ordering online is a total pain.

Could y’all please update your app. It hasn’t been updated as I can tell in 2 years & is way overdue for updating & an overhaul.
One issue is when going to submit the order it gets stuck in the loading process in completion of the food order. Where my wife & I have to start all over on y’all’s website because the app wouldn’t complete our pizza 🍕 order. Thank you.

Poor app… tries to push you to text ordering
This app is horrible. Constantly shifting in and out of an embedded browser. 1/2 the time it wipes what you ordered. Very expensive prices compared to their push to get you to order my text which is near impossible to get it to understand what you want to order. It takes longer to place a successful order than it takes them to make the pizza. Sadly the pizza is that good and this is the the best of bad options.

App is meh
Picking up and order doesn’t give an option to pay in advance, so if someone else is picking up for you they have to pay at the store. Weird that it does this because text to order and delivery allows you to pay ahead, so why not pickup? Trying to modify any contact information is a struggle. I can find rewards but can’t find anything about changing the name or email for the account on app.
Thank goodness the pizza is top tier because it wouldn’t be worth the hassle otherwise.

Unable to order through the app or website
This all started about 3-4 months ago. I noticed after I enter in my credit card info and I ‘submit’ my order, I get “Something went wrong message”. I noticed it charged my card as well. The store confirmed they never got my order. I called the Jets Pizza corp office and they confirmed there were some ordering issues at that time. Since then I haven’t tried to order.
Now I try again and I’m getting the same exact error message. Restarted phone, deleted app/re-downloaded, ordered from the website, nothing works. I keep getting the exact same error message.
Please fix this.

App to steal your money
Downloaded the app, ordered a pizza, ridiculous delivery charge, card was charged, waited an hour for dinner, then called the location to see what the holdup was, only to find that, despite charging me and giving me a delivery time, there was none-mail confirmation and no order was in their system. So it will take your order, but not submit it to the store. Had to place a second order over the phone and find out that it was nearly half the price of what was ordered in the app, and had to go pick it up myself. Don’t use this app, it’s broken to the point of being a scam.
