Review is for the app. Not the pizza. WARNING!!!
TERRIBLE APP!!! You have to log in multiple times and enter your address multiple times. It does not save your credit card info so you have to enter that as well. Every time I use this app now, I select “delivery” up front on the first page. After every time I submit my order, my email confirmation reads for “carryout!” I have to them call and tell them delivery. It’s really annoying! They have to adjust the price (delivery fee) and take the credit card info that I already put into the app (cause it disappears). Most inconvenient! The first time it happened we were waiting around for over an hour for the pizza until I called. They advised it was delivery. Now I check every time after I place the order and then call. It’s really dumb. The pizza is excellent! FYI.
UPDATE! Still a terrible app. No way to confirm or track your order. You have to call the store just to see if your order is on the way.

Clunky & frustrating
Every time I go to use this app, I have some problem. Sometimes it’s trying to log in and I have to repeat the same steps multiple times. Sometimes it’s trying to find my payment info. Sometimes it’s trying to apply the coupons. Something is always not working the way it seems it should. I order food using various restaurants’ apps all the time, but I’m always frustrated with this app. Good thing that the pizza is so delicious!

Unintuitive, Clunky, & Unstandardized from Store to Store
Jet’s Pizza makes great pizza but the company did not adopt an app that matches the quality of their food.
The menu changes appearance based on location you select. So if you are try to order from a new location, you may have to navigate a whole new menu interface.
The credit card scan tool is inconsistent & often does not capture information correctly (e.g. does not copy a first name on the card correctly, does not capture expiration date, etc.).
I had one instance in which I tried to trade reward points in & I could not checkout the the reward. I ended up just buying the item. Next time I ordered I was able to use the same reward.
Honestly, just a mess & I only use the app for rewards points (which, like I said, I cannot always use).

“build your own” feature + intuitive app design. Also, Jets is so so good.
The build your own features make it easy: garlic crust, well done, light cheese, triple mushroom - perfection! I request you add “build your own” salad to the app; I want way more stuff on mine :)
I was sleeping on Jets because it’s a chain so I figured it would be meh. BUT, they sponsored CBJ, so I tried it. It is my favorite pizza of life now.

Payment
Such a great product, friendly staff, nice app and….ridiculous payment options. Why don’t I just mail you a check? No Apple Pay, Venmo, PayPal, or even the option to remember last payment method. Absurd. I seriously have ordered elsewhere knowing I have to manually type in my CC info. C’mon. Don’t make it so hard for me to give you my money.

Great Pizza
We just signed up on my phone and ordered a pizza. Since it took me so long to complete, we did arrive about 5 minutes early. It was already ready! We were so glad even though it said it could possibly be a few minutes late if it was a busy time. The cashier was a sweetie.
Great pizza kinda crappy app
There doesn’t seem to be any way to login to your profile at first. You have to select delivery and then your location and then scroll down to login. After all that you select your food but even though you’ve already selected delivery it says pick up so you have to redo the whole thing. I use the app and get it done but it’s kind of a pain. Seriously could use an upgrade.

If I could have gave you less than 1 star I would have. Last night was the last straw instead of double cheese light sauce l got double sauce light cheese, dripping wet crust you idiots!!! Last time it was turbo crust on the other pizza not mine, got turbo crust on both pizzas you idiots, time before that green olives, not green peppers you idiots!!! Oh my gosh I could go on except I’m all done throwing my money away at jets!!! Don’t be an idiot like me, don’t throw your money away at Jets like me!!! Buy somewhere else !!!

App no longer working
This app wasn't great before but now it doesn't work at all. It will not get past the part of searching for a location to order from. It lists no locations and displays no locations on the map.
I have tried un-installing and re-install. It still doesn't do anything. I've restarted my phone as well. Not sure what is the problem.

Horrible
The app is super buggy. It suggested “text to order” for a discount... the app was unable to initiate the text so I used the phone number and manually created a “hello jets” message. It prompted me then for my order. And directed me to a website to complete the order. I paid and tipped. It told me 50 minutes. Then asked me to review it... at that time I thought “this is great” and gave them 5 stars. An hour later, no pizza. My credit card had been billed ... I called my local jets they had no idea of the order. And lamented the text to order feature. .. so zero stars if I could.
