  • Amazing app, but could be more

    I love this app as a workout tracker, and the price for a year of use is unbeatable. With the history tracker and 1rep max functions, it leaves little to the imagination.

    A few personal things I like to see when tracking my workout that aren’t on here:
    1. The ability to put a super set in
    2. An RPE (effort) rating when tracking individual workouts
    3. A function for HIIT workouts

    This is really just me being nit picky. Love the app and wouldn’t give it anything but five stars

  • Love the interface!

    Very minimal, easy layout, tracking is quick and you can add exercises that aren’t in the database without a hassle.

    Love the data component as well where it shows the progression of weight on graphs with the selected exercise, makes it easier to progressively overload.

    Overall, highly recommend!

  • Easy

    It’s an easy app to navigate through
    Lots of exercise choices.
    I also like that having friends on here isn’t there main concern. You can share but they don’t force it don’t your throat. I like the set up of the app and that I can use it on my watch.
  • Super useful

    This app is super useful for tracking weight and pushing you to do more weight, you can tell it your pr and it’ll give you a good working weight that will challenge you and improve your max for that exercise. It’s also good for looking back to see what you did the previous week and adding to that if necessary. I highly recommend this app for anyone.

  • Exactly what I was looking for

    I downloaded about seven different apps to keep track of my workout and progress. And this is the app that stuck and I have no problem paying the annual fee.
  • Overall good

    This app is great to see your progress, however it lacks the ability to do two things
    1. You can record how much time you are taking up in your workout session but you are not able to look back at it another day. If I wanted to see how much time it took me on Monday to complete my workout, I couldn’t. One you hit finished that time stamp is well gone
    2. Super sets do not have the statistics that tell you how you improved, neither do they keep track of your weight, reps and sets.

    Good app overall just those two things are really annoying

  • Set timer history

    No major complaints but it would be nice if the set timer had history based on what you set it on for the latest history of each individual exercise. For example if I take 3 minutes rest between squats but then change the timer for leg extensions, currently it switches the timer for all exercises to whatever the latest exercise was instead of what you set it for on the last time you did that exercise

  • Time

    I love it! paid for the full thing instead of monthly. used to use a log your workout journal but this is so much better. the only thing i don’t like is that the workout timer isn’t reflected at the end with your workout summary. i don’t only wanna know my sets and reps, i wanna know how much time i spent also. the timer is great just wanna see it added in more like this than having to remember how long that workout was. i would also like to see cardio added into that workout summary! all in all tho, i love this app. worth it!!!

  • Ngl this app exceeded my expectations

    I thought I was gonna end up using this app for one day but I’ve been adamant about logging my sets every time I go to the gym. This app gives me appropriate rest periods for whatever goal I’m looking to achieve and by logging each set it can calculate an estimated PR so its better than guessing and going too light or potentially getting injured by going too heavy. I’ll probably be using this app for all my future workouts.

  • Great and simple app

    If you are looking for an app to measure and track max effort, rep personal best or any other performance metric that is important for your progress—this is a great app. Easy to use and no overly complicated and cumbersome like so many other trackers.
