kunci datang terlambat ada kompensasi beli minuman atau makanan seharga 150rb tapi uangnya digantinya 2 minggu ( katanya ) ada masalah malah balik bertanya jelek banget urus deposit aja susah saat check in kamar kotor penuh debu dan ada hewan tomcat jelek banget 👎🏻CherryLady3030
So hard to check in
Late check in. We were waiting more than an hour before the room boy finally arrived. Been trying to contact the customer service for hours to to avail. The room boy was pretty friendly and helpful. Other than that, the unit is clean and look as in the pictures. Some of the stuff like cup and pot and pan are broken and dirty.Show lessDissapointo

I locked out from my room for one night and no one came till the next day late afternoon. They double charged the utility bills and won’t refund the money I have paid. My deposit returned without calculation in details and they just took my money. I booked in Apple 1 Condovilla Dec-March 2023. The room was dirty and the AC was not functioning, had to beg them to service the AC. Bad experience and I checked out early because I just had enough. Staff was NOT PROFESSIONAL, and was hiding and avoiding the building management. Check in done in the basement where they left me alone after gave me the key and only 1 key work, the others didn’t.Show lessSwantig
