Need a lot of improvement

The room, while meeting basic expectations, couldn't fully compensate for the disarray during check-in. The lack of organization and communication created unnecessary stress upon arrival. Although the accommodations themselves were acceptable, the overall experience left me questioning the reliability and professionalism of the service.

Simple amenities and services that are often taken for granted became apparent issues during the stay. It's a reminder that a positive experience encompasses more than just the physical space—it's about the entire process, from booking to check-out. In light of this, I would cautiously consider alternatives before using this service again.

kunci datang terlambat ada kompensasi beli minuman atau makanan seharga 150rb tapi uangnya digantinya 2 minggu ( katanya ) ada masalah malah balik bertanya jelek banget urus deposit aja susah saat check in kamar kotor penuh debu dan ada hewan tomcat jelek banget 👎🏻

So hard to check in

Late check in. We were waiting more than an hour before the room boy finally arrived. Been trying to contact the customer service for hours to to avail. The room boy was pretty friendly and helpful. Other than that, the unit is clean and look as in the pictures. Some of the stuff like cup and pot and pan are broken and dirty.

Need chat notification

Giliran iklan, notifikasinya banyak. Sementara kalau ada pesan baru dari customer service, tidak ada notifikasi apapun. 🤦🏽‍♂️
