  • Stay away. Worst Customer Service if you have booking issues

    I’ve stayed using Travelio more than once. When there is no issue with the booking, Travelio is actually okay and has decent accommodation options. However, if you have issue, they don’t seem to care to solve the customer’s problem. I stayed long terms for business before and they promised a parking card. After following with them daily, they have never given me the parking card at all. The second one, I stayed for another long term stay and they didn’t give the second key. Again, I asked daily and all they say was that they will take care of it, but never did. Lastly, the refrigerator broke and they asked me to pay to fix it. If you care about customer service who will take care your issues, stay away from Travelio and stick with actual hotel operators.

  • Scam

    Since my last review. They suddenly replied my messages even though they said they couldnt find my account. Acted like they would fix the issues reported when we first moved in. Said they will send a technician. They came only to take pictures and nothing else. Even though the cs promised they would fix stuff they didnt even bring light bulbs and had to reask what the issues were. Joke app. Going to report o bank once this is over would never rent from them again. Worse customer service

  • Don’t waste your time in this app

    This app it’s too complicated there’s lots of requirements that they didn’t listed in the first place when they contacting you, I thought we just have to receive the email confirmation from Rbnb cause they work with Rbnb and they will contact the host and everything’s done but no, there’s more to do, send them your ID and the only way to contacting you is with phone number which is for foreigners it’s just too much when you already paid and provide all the informations and they telling me it’s already confirm, man that’s just to much

  • Travelio customer service and advertisements are unbearablely misleading

    Do not book thru travelio, read more than just my review. See more on Google and elsewhere.

    First time in my life writing a review for an app, but booking an apt thru travelio has been the worst experience. The ad of the apt was incredibly misleading ("internet provided" it said from the start). Long story short, it was not, and customer service is completely useless and tell us a different story everytime. Worse situation, the cooking gas. The tank was empty when we moved in and discussed with the move in support. We reported, and they told us it was our responsibility to "refill" the tank. Imagine. We even gave up on their stupidity in not understanding that it was empty when we came, and told them fine we will refill ourselves - but then we are reprimanded by building management that the gas tank we tried to "refill" was illegal to use in the apt building bc it is for low income housing only. So the gas tank in the apt we are in thru travelio has an illegal tank that we are "responsible for" according to the poor souls working customer service for these pirates. I despise the apple app store for making me give them 1 star bc that is more than these folks deserve.

  • Rude customer service

    If you rent monthly more than a month, you have only 2 option to pay pay all in once or monthly. If you pay monthly, the email notification would say that your offer accepted for 30 nights. In my case, I booked for 3 months, but only got email that saying my offer got accepted for 30 nights. Of course it confuse me. So I asked the customer service my offer got accepted for 1 month or 3 months, and he answered “if you pay monthly, then it is like that”. I got more confused by his answer. So I asked him again “So I have 1 month or 3 months?”, and he replied “you chose monthly payment, right?”. I just need a simple answer “1 month” or “3 month”. Finally on third times I asked him “The question is my contract for 3 months or not?”, he answered “yes it is still, but for monthly payment it would appear month by month”. I don’t know why someone with lack communication skills working as customer service.

    Other than that, the app is working well.

Let us clear this for you, when you are booked using the installment payment method, the date range will be closed, there will be no customer that can book the unit that you have paid for. In this case, you booked for 3 months. It means that the unit is closed for the next 3 months. But why in my booking only accepted 30 nights? Here is the reason, after first payment you will get first month rental period. The period will be extended ONLY after you have made the next installment payment, which is second installment payment. After you pay, there will be another 30 nights will be show up on your booking. So does with the next round. We would love to contact you and explain the detail for you but since we area unable to find your reservation, please reach us out on Live Chat or phone number 081324259797 (WA).   • WARNINGS TO FOREIGNERS !!!!

    This company will never pay your Deposit back probably.
    Hard to predict there causes . And they will make up anything not to pay you back .
    Especially if you Are a foreigner.

    mau check in ribet nya minta ampun, booking di booking.com malah ini itu nya harus ke travelio, deposit duit gede tapi proses pengembaliannya lama harus nunggu 1-5 hari, wifi super lemot, water heater kaga fungsi, customer service banyak nelfon, gaakan sekali kali lagi bersangkutan sama travelio.
