don’t buy or rent anything from this application you will regret it they have very very poor service

i rented apartments for one month from this application 5 days before i travel to jakarta on the check in day 2 hours before i was on the way to the appointment they messaged me that my appointment is not ready and they can’t refund my money i should wait 2 more days for them to make my appointment ready it’s really funny and their customer service is absolutely terrible

Bad experience

I don’t suggest Travelio for renting. I think communication is the main issue with this company. When I contacted their customer service, they tend to be defensive rather than trying to sove the problems. One of my issues: internet connection limit, they kept saying that I’ve been using the wifi to the max so then I cannot ise it anymore until it reset to the next month. But when the second month came, I still don’t have access to the wifi in the apartment. Another issue is because I signed up for their weekly cleaning/washing the bed sheet, I kept waiting for the people to clean up the apartment, but after calling them on my third week, they said I have to ca a specific phone number to make an appointment. How the h… I know that if you don‘t tell me, I don’t even have the cleaning people’s number. They have several different whatsapp numbers to call that I lost track of them. The roomboy was late on the day I was in because he did noy have my name to let me into the room. I was waiting for him, and he was late and kept looking for me. I think this company should make communication better and more streamline so there will be no arguments over whatsapp with its clients. Their customer service people can be very rude and nasty. But I think I have enough with this company for renting, I was so overjoyed that my renting through them was over and got my deposit. Never again.

You email me about the reservation details. The reservation is for my mother: Maryam Limanasari for the months of Jan & Feb 2024.

Very unprofessional

Relocated me 1 hour after the supposedly check in time and give me a room that has been vacant for a week before. The room was very dirty and extremely different from the photo. I asked for another room but then suggest a guesthouse for relocation (my booking was an apartment, so this is basically a scam). Asked for a refund and said that they can’t do it since the booking was already confirmed.

Don’t ever book with this app people, the customer service is the worst!

Super bad // Parah

Rented 2 apartments. Both apartments are sub par, 2 out of 4 AC died in both Apartments, super dirty, drawers are not clean, dusty, Fridge and freezer super dirty, a lot of spot marks on the bed, no sheets, and no help from the travelio team

Sewa 2 apartment. Keduanya tidak sesuai photo, 2 dari 4 AC mati di setiap unitnya, kotor banget, laci kotor, debuan, kulkas dan freezer kotor banget, banyak bercak di kasurnya, tidak ada sprei, dan tidak ada bantuan dari team travelio
