JANGAN PERNAH MENYEWA APARTMENT MELALUI TRAVELIO. saya menulis ini karena tidak mau kalian rugi menyewa apartment melalui perusahaan ini. saya tinggal selama 1 bulan, dah tiba” saat masih masa penyewaan, tiba” kode untuk buka pintu tiba” diganti. Coba kalau customer servicenya sudah tidur, maka saya gak bisa masuk kamar pada saat malam itu. Terus, setelah checkout, saya kena charge untuk rice cooker yang HANYA kabelnya saja, tetapi diganti full rice cookernya. Terus, electric kettle yang SAYA GA PERNAH LIHAT SAMA SEKALI, dicharge dan ditulis ada. KALIAN KALO GAMAU RUGI, JANGAN SEWA DARI PERUSAHAAN INI!!Show lessrafaelnico

The app needs some serious work! Whenever you open another window (say google) and then try to go back to the app it has closed down forcing you to start all over in your search. The filtering is broken because when you select a feature you get many listings that do not include the feature you are searching for. Finally, many listings are shown that are already rented out causing untold frustration when you finally find one you like only to find out that it is unavailable.Show lesshe oh gedhjdj

They should clean the apartment right before we check in. No drinking water provided. Also the app is very much computer operating... reply Our question with totally different topic. Slow response. Try to call but hardly anyone pick up the phone. Send the ulity bill, and expect us to pay at the same day. No matter you in the middle of something. Send Us many reminder email and wa to pay Utility before even sending us the bill. Not professional. The apartment is big though. That’s why I am staying here.Show lessArie Hughes
