  • Zero help from Bloom!

    Zero help from Bloom if technical issues arise when checking in bikes. Faulty tracker caused issue with geo location. Nobody answers the help phone number. Mailbox is full. No response from email customer service. Zero. None. Gulf state park headquarters will send you to the Lodge. The Lodge can only recommend emailing Bloom for assistance.

    Never receive SMS code to signup.
    Tried lots of times over several hours.
    Also no place to contact support or anyone. Useless

    Dear app user, Pls. Do not use this app or go to this place ! we where having so much trouble and the lady who worked their just watched us. She did not even help. Plus what kind of app doesn’t have a place where you can use it more than once like what the heck. Never go to this place terrible service

  • App is slow and buggy

    I use it everyday and often have to reinstall as the app will just freeze. Other people I work with also experienced similar problems. Awesome concept and appreciate the bikes my employer provides but the app needs some work.

    This app just keeps spinning on “connecting” every time we try to scan a QR code.
  • App less than what it could be

    Spent more time trying to get the app to work then we did actual riding the bike. Finally had to give up and the property manager had to use her app to unlock the Bike. No explanation for why it wouldn’t work on my phone nor my wife’s….
  • Awful

    This app works only 10% of the time. Since purchasing these bikes 3 years ago we’ve only had a handful of successful trips. Most times our employees get stranded because the bikes won’t unlock. Tech support is non existent. It’s taken up to 3 months just to get a response. The bikes sat in storage for over a year waiting for tech support. Don’t waste your time or energy.
