TERRIBLE APP !! After being charged $5 dollars for the the ride , I checked my bank account and they charged me $150 for NO REASOON ! WHAT WAS THE REASOOOON ?! That’s 26 hours nonstop bicycling , seriously... who even bikes that much . I really hope they fix this issue , because the bikes are really fun to use .Show less15?.89
Clearwater beach bike rental

Great bike rental but please fix the battery usage
The bike rental experience was great. However the App needs a lot of work.
This app takes up 50-90% of my battery consumption. Even when I am no where near an area to bike. I had to delete it because of it.
It was also very confusing when returning the bike. Need to show a video of how to do it so it isn’t so confusing.Show lesswilliapv

So me and my family went to Gulf State Park to enjoy a nice bike ride. Then we saw we had to get this app, so my dad downloaded it. We said “I hope that you can rent more than 1 bike.” YOU CAN’T!!! Now, me my mom and my dad all downloaded it, but I don’t have data on my phone, and data gives you a phone number. And when you get the app, it asks for a phone number. So my dad put his in, but it signed him out on his phone. So he put his number in on his phone, and it signed me out (because it automatically links phone numbers, and not linked to phones. And it also asks for your cc even though the bike use at gulf state park is “complimentary!” So to top it all off, YOU CAN’T CANCEL THE BIKE!!!! I think the concept is great, but the app itself is pretty stupid.Show lessnbcpeep

Downloaded app to use “complimentary” bikes at Gulf State Park. Filled out all the info upon download. Then went to get a bike. Then asked for a credit card which I thought was strange it didn’t upon initial setup. Anyway it wouldn’t accept my cc. Tried five times. Nothing. Then tried another. It worked. Ok, now my wife and I and my daughter can get bikes and go for a ride. NOPE. EVERYONE NEEDS TO DOWNLOAD THE APP. But, you all can use the same credit card I was told. What sense does that make? Absolutely the most absurd app I’ve ever seen. No wonder there’s racks and racks of bikes setting unused. Great idea but absolutely awful function and app design. I tried to get a bike and the app wouldn’t let me scan it properly. I spent 30 minutes trying to get a bike. This app ruined my vacation.MichaelNF

Awful app. No user support
This is one of the worst apps I have ever used. Not intuitive. No navigational assistance. No web support or FAQs. No way to vary from app selected decisions like which unit to rent ( or no explanation about how to vary). So frustrating it turns you off of the service.pjkobulnicky
