Miserable experience.
Bike was in good condition. Had trouble getting it to unlock. It kept beeping during my ride and app would pause on its own. That ruined my experience. At one point, it locked and I had to carry the bike back to the rack before the app would unlock it again. I have low vision and riding safely is enough of a challenge without having my hearing compromised by incessant beeping. Also, the basket cannot be removed and made it extremely difficult to see the ground in front of my tire. Plus, the basket doesn’t turn with the wheel, which is disconcerting and misleading when trying to judge if I was turning sharply enough. I cut my ride short for fear of it locking up again and needing to be carried back to geofence. Never again.Show lessBritWVU
Horrible. Nothing like the old App
Used Bloom today for Cuse Cycle and it sucked. It only lets you rent one bike at a time and only for one package plan. I bought the single ride for 30 min first but then realized I couldn’t get it for a second rider so had to end that ride and then buy a day pass for $25 while they downloaded the app separately. 10 min into our ride the bike lock started to beep until we stopped and re-opened the app. One phone died halfway through the ride and the bike started beeping for the rest of the 20 min we rode back. Super frustrating compared to the ease of the old Cuse Cycle app.Show lessBeelouise615

This app is very easy to use, and provides a unique way to travel around town. It’s a convenient way to get around, especially with the summer quickly approaching. Would highly recommend!Tropo26

Would’ve been great if it worked properly. In Yosemite, the app kept thinking I was walking away from my bike and leaving it unlocked. So it would send me nonstop notifications and the bike would keep beeping at me...StinkOkole
QC Codes Don’t Scan
Wasted time at the bike rack downloading this app for the system to tell me the QC code on their own bikes don’t scan. Wasted my time don’t waste yourscujocaputo

It locks up and doesnt work. Will only let you buy one pass at a time.
