This app is a joke
The hotel I’m staying at offers bike borrowing at no price. However, it uses this app to organize the comings and goings of bicyclists. I spent an hour trying to use this app, but it was constantly crashing. I manually entered my credit card seven times before it even registered.
Eventually, I stopped a returning bicyclist to ask her about the app. It turns out it took her more than an hour to borrow, too, and she just gave me her bike without ending the ride.Show lessMolly9503

Horrible app
We had several of us with different carriers and new phones. App shut down multiple times and we stood for 10 mins 2x trying to connect. At one point mid ride we called Uber...not goodBunny❤
Won’t send confirmation email
The app will not send me a confirmation email so I can’t even use a bikegajtrob
Terrible App
Can’t add more than one person to the ride, so everyone has to have a smart phone to download the app. Not worth it!monica emeline
The app is awful
Took a ride today which I enjoyed, but the app was so slow... took us like 5 minutes to link it to a bike and purchase a ride. But the worst was when we returned to the parking place and couldn't stop the ride - there was no button stop on the application screen. Wasted 10 minutes trying to figure out how to stop the ride, while we closed the lock on the back tire manually straight away. Reported this issue through the app, hope they want overcharge me as if I'm still riding it.

Did Not Work
Tried multiple bikes for Cuse Cycles but it kept telling me to lock the bike and scan again. All the bikes I tried were locked and parked in the rack.
The bikes also beep the whole time you attempt to get one so after making 4 bikes beep constantly, I gave up.

Easy, quick, and fun!
Loved this quick and easy app. Hanging in ocean beach, fire island was 10x better with easy access to bikes to travel around. Perfect toolSof5027
