  • Awful, don’t use

    GPS systems were completely off and said that there was roughly 8 bikes in there area, there was 2 , drove to 3 separate locations to find bikes for my family. Once we found bikes 3/5 didn’t have working breaks and every single tire was worn into nothing. Also had terrible trouble with the app telling me my rental was still going when it had been finished for an hours. Do NOT recommend.

  • Why oh why?

    Confirmation code won’t verify. I’m just trying to ride a bike, why do I need my phone for this?

  • Here r a few suggestions

    I think this app is a great idea but offer a few suggestions -

    1 when paying for a full year, the closest point of interest as a round trip is just over a hour. This means every time I use it I get charged an extra fee. This is a total turn off for me to renew.
    2. The few times I used the bikes, they r not working properly. My first ride had a bike that was in an accident as the steering was twisted and the bike only rode in 5th gear. When i tries to submit a report, it cancelled 3 times and I never received even an acknowledgment about it. Your welcome.
    3. my second ride, again bike only worked in gears 4 to 5. And no, I did not bother to report it. I am not sure about servicing these bikes but many of them at my closest location need at least the handlebars straightened.
    4. Trying to pause a ride is an option. But, it doesn’t work. It would be nice to take break when ride for a hour.

    I would definitely not purchase the app for a second but would consider a single ride again once or twice a season.

  • I would give it a zero if I could!

    Horrible experience. Four people were trying to rent a bike and it only worked for one of us. The app kept giving a message that said “your rental has ended” when it had not even started!!! We were only able to rent a single bike and this ruined our “bike trip” for the day. Terrible!!
  • Why?

    What a waste of a download. My husband doesn’t have a smart phone so we couldn’t go bike riding at Gulf Shores…we were disappointed.
  • Dubious

    Fun way to rent a bike however when it comes to ending your rental and of course, “when you get charged,” it’s confusing and glichy. I was over charged for two bikes that we had gotten back before the hour. It should be noted that even seconds after the hour, you are charged for the hour. There should be a grace period of maybe 3 minutes to account for such issues

  • Such a fun experience

    We had a great time in Gulf State Park today! It was easy to get and return the bikes.

    I wish the app had more information for planning from home. We procrastinated on using the bikes as we couldn’t do any planning ‘homework’ while at home. I wanted to see where bikes were located and how long we’d have them, trail locations, etc. But the app only shows that when you’re IN the park.

  • App Crashes Immediately

    Couldn’t get app to stay open for more than 2 seconds on brand new iPhone. Very convoluted process
  • App bugs

    Would really like to use this service but the app has issues when trying to input information. I’ve tried on multiple phones but the pop up screen for acct information goes up above the top of the screen and you cannot input your date of birth or if you are a resident . It also crashes often when inputting the city.
