Okay but.....
I loved this app so much but once you complete a character you can't go back. I couple days ago my robot broke and I couldn't go back to fix it. Please try to fix this problem. Thanks!😀fvuhf

My son and I love Lego’s. We build all the time. I have spent well over an hour trying to get the instructions to build the robot back. It crashed my new phone. He was looking at it before he built the robot. Now he is on the verge of tears because the instructions are gone. This is too much money for how frustrating the experience has been. We unloaded the app and hopefully we can get the instructions back. If not it is a poor design on the creators part. There should at least be warnings you will lose instructions!! Instead of a fun gift this has been like a punishment!Show lessmother2323

We're sorry to hear that you've had trouble using the app. Uninstalling and reinstalling it usually fixes most problems. You'll also want to make sure that other apps aren't running in the background while you're using it. If your son would like to finish building without using the app, there's a downloadable version over at LEGO.com/Service/BuildingInstructions. Great, but there’s a sound bug
When I got Vernie as a Christmas gift I was very exited, but there’s a bug. Every time I use the coding bricks then exit to another project the sound and volume reduces about 75%! I installed it on both devices but the same problem occurred. Please help!!teacherskip
Love it but...
This is the best for my child, it cost a lot but worth it. I understand the controls are like “coding” but my child has problems with it. He is the kid that would rather have a joy stick and some buttons. Maybe Introduce a new interface that is more like joystick and buttons.Dragoncityplayer83
I’m 17 years old and enjoy this app
I have to say that this is quite an enjoyable little app. Frankie the cat makes my real cats go crazy lol. I just have one suggestion: I’ve had to delete the app a couple times to free up space and when I reinstall the app I have to go through the tutorials and everything all over again and it gets kinda annoying. The app has not worked well at all. Every time my child gets through a section of building the app either does not store where he left off and locks the level again or it brings up a settings box (but not the primary settings box for app-which is empty) that will not go away. When you try to close out the settings the last check mark takes you to the webpage and will not close to continue to next section. We paid a lot of money for the robot set, which did not come with paper instructions as a back up. The app needs to be functional.Show lessdannyzumbu
