  • One thing

    As a heads up, you can’t have your device connected to the other Healy app. It won’t pick it up. This should be explained somewhere.

    One thing that they could do to help this app function more smoothly. After it gives you the recommended programs they need a quicker way to get back to the program selection screen. Right now it takes too many clicks. Should be one click to get you back to select a different program.

  • Excellent App!

    To those of you new users.. this App is strictly for ascertaining what’s needed in your energetic field.. you can only “vibrate”chosen selection which is helpful if you do not have the program in your personal device. You must close this program out completely, if an iPhone user swipe up gently and see all the open programs then swipe up each one to close them. Then you can go to you pink dot app and choose and run programs from the top 3 highest % on the analysis. I take screen shots to remember then choose.. it’s a great app if you know how to use it! Don’t get frustrated reach out to your sign up person for help or you can always do customer support at HealyUS 😀

  • Best scanning app ever!

    This is been so much help for me and I use it every day! Is capabilities are so amazing!
    It looks like it was updated about two months ago, and I wish there could be something fixed, because sometimes when I go to do a scan, it won’t show the separate program I want to scan (for example sleep) it’ll give a blank page. Sometimes I can still scan other programs but this morning I couldn’t. This morning I X’ed out of the app completely since I’ve used it so much, got back on in that fixed it.
    Looking forward to more fixes and growth in the future! Meanwhile it’s still amazing 🤩

  • Stoped working after updates this week

    This is a very helpful app, I’m so unset it stopped working. It stopped working and thought reinstalling it would help, but now it won’t download again. 😭
  • Super annoyed

    The professional device/access to programs is over $4000. I’m shocked at how little information comes with the device on how to use it and run programs. They say you are paying for the programs, not the device. Well, I’ve literally had the device for 24 hours, and the Bluetooth rarely works to connect to the app, the app has a blue screen several times per day, which means I have to delete and reinstall app every time. I’m completely appalled that a company charging so much money for a healing device/app has just way too many issues! As excited as Ali was to experience the healing frequencies, I am seriously considering returning this product.

  • Healy Gave Me My Life Back

    I absolutely love my Healy. I actually have 3 of them and run them all day long on myself, my dog, my clients and friends. The tech issues of early on have been resolved. What this tiny device is capable of is other worldly. Such an incredible value for the money!!!

  • Wonderful app…when it works!

    I love this app and the Healy device however, I have to delete and download a new version of it almost every day. It is time consuming and annoying. May be time for the company to upgrade…? Otherwise, I love it!
  • Why Demo mode?

    I got a new phone and the next time I went to use my Healy Resonance it did an update and then opened up in demo mode. Now I cannot find any of my previous clients and I can’t seem to get back to the master key mode. I rebooted my phone and nothing changed. How do I get back to the way it was before?

  • Horribly designed! Save your money!

    Whoever’s doing their development does not take the user into consideration! Just a few months ago the app was running differently and now I have to reconnect every single time I use this and it takes at least 3 to 5 minutes on top of that the analysis sometimes doesn’t come back at all or it takes 20 minutes to get a read out. For the money that I spent on this device I can’t for the life of me recommend it to anybody. It’s total crock and I’m so sad that I can’t get my money back. Hopefully the company will improve the app so that people who are actually having serious health problems won’t have so much frustration. Very disappointed

  • This app needs serious work!

    I love my Healy but this app needs major improvements. It keeps connecting and disconnecting. In addition when I start using it I have to connect it manually as it doesn’t connect automatically anymore. This started happening last year in late summer after an update. Please fix the app soon and make it more reliable.
