  • App won’t let me sign in

    After using the glitchy app & device for a year, it has logged me out and won’t let me sign in. The button is unclickable. While this technology is great, the support surrounding it makes it unusable and I can’t recommend it to anyone!
  • Do not buy until they fix the issues for existing customers

    Will no longer connect. $1500 wasted.
    Shame on you HealyWorld.
  • This app makes me crazy

    When it works, it’s great. Problem is is doesn’t work at least half the time. Every few updates the update completes crashes the app and I can’t even use it. I have had to uninstall and reinstall multiple times, losing my data in the process. It is so unreliable, I cannot believe they can’t do better than this.

    I bought professional device and resonance program doesn’t work, customer service is inefficient, no answer, no

  • Why?

    Everything was working fine until this latest update. Now t takes several times for me to get a successful reading on my blue app. It just spins and says please wait. Also, my Healy is acting super glitchy now. What happened? It’s so frustrating to have to try four or fives times to get my reading. It used to take one try. Ughhhh...stop fixing things that aren’t broken. I wish I could go back to before the update.

  • Life saver

    This magic device had been a life saver for our whole family even our dog, we’ve used it for pain, sleep, anxiety, mood enhancing.. the lost goes on, I’m a massage therapist and use it on my clients, they love it too. 🌺🌺
    I feel blessed we get access to these amazing frequencies and that the Healy seems to be spot on every time we do an analysis. Thankyou Marcus and the rest of the Healy team.

  • FRUSTRATION EXTRAORDINAR

    Find myself going in circles over and over and over. I’m on a very limited income, yet I invested in the most expensive Healy program. I would take my money back in a heartbeat to rid myself of one frustration in life. Excuse me while I go try and meditate to bring my blood pressure down and get passed the trauma.

  • About ready to throw it off a bridge

    I bought this, first to help myself, and second to potentially add to my toolbox to help others. My body is less responsive to being hooked up with wires so this is the app I use the most, when I can. What an unbelievable crock this is… it causes more frustration than the healing that comes from it. And that is completely unacceptable when someone is going through health issues. I can’t even run one program without it getting stuck and having to shut it down and start over… sometimes multiple times to run ONE program. And each time, it never connects automatically… it has to be reconnected every single time. I have a session of programs I like to run for myself and I can rarely get through half of them because of the additional time it takes to get through these issues. Some days like today, I just give up. I am not certain if these are “app” issues, issues with the device itself or available bandwidth, but whatever it is, the app is the culmination of the experience so, here we are. I would never recommend this to anyone and I would definitely not in good faith be able to offer this “service” to clients. We should receive at least a partial refund, and this company should no longer be able to sell these devices, until these issues are addressed. If you’re considering purchasing this… DONT DO IT, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

  • Really great when it works

    Which is unfortunately about 10-15% of the time. It will encounter multiple different errors. This time it is unable to automatically connect to Bluetooth for the last 2 months so it has to search for it every time. And even once it’s found, some programs just spin infinitely without results. Sometimes I’ll run a program like ‘schuessler salts’ & it will spin while I make dinner or something & maybe when I’m done it will have spit out the results. Tried resetting, uninstalling/reinstalling. Getting help is a hassle. As far as I know u can’t just call someone & get help. I need to find my password… the link… submit ticket… wait. All just very cumbersome for the $2000 price tag

  • “SUPER GLITCHY”/LACK OF TECH SUPPORT!!!

    What good is a device if you cannot get it to work and have no support to get it up and going!?!!
    This company needs to get its’ act together to command a $2400 plus price tag for it’s top line “cutting edge” technology. If there was ANY way to get a refund I would have dumped this product months ago, but I assumed incorrectly that this came with sufficient customer service support. I was dead wrong… BUYER BEWARE!!!!
