    Love technology , very frustrating to have to delete app restart, and since I don’t cloud everything, everything gets list and about once a month I have to log every bit of info in on every single client. Very frustrating, which makes it a hard sell to people I know. And, very time consuming to reinstate all clients.

  • Great app but can be glitchy

    I love this app and how amazing it is when it works. Right now there seems to be a glitch with the syncing and it’s not working. I’m sure the developers are working on it. Sometimes it’s hard to be patient when you want to use something you love.
  • Stuck on synchronization screen for Analyze app

    I spent a lot of money to get the top device to do the scan and run the right programs. But now it is stuck when tapping next, I get “it is not possible to connect to the cloud server”.
    It has locked the app can’t cancel, deleted app and redox load and now won’t even connect through Bluetooth to the device.
    My advice don’t sync to cloud it locks the app. But now that I have that option selected, I can’t even use the app when I log back in.
    Please fix your app! I want to use my device that I spent a lot of money on.

  • Timewaver Must Get Their Technical Act Together

    All of a sudden this morning, the blue analyze app keeps on encountering an error that prevents the resonance from being used. I paid $1,500 for the Healy Resonance and can’t even use the resonance function now.

    Don’t get me wrong, I wholeheartedly believe in this technology (I study quantum mechanics) and when this app is functioning, it works, but what’s up with all these glitches and errors? It gets obnoxious.

    Timewaver, focus on getting your act together and ensure that your users are actually able to use what your selling!

  • Won’t up load client list

    Down loaded the “updated” app and Wow! Completely unable to use my Healy now as it won’t load the client list hung for an hour at 10%. Nothing seems to resolve it. Turned it off/on, deleted app, down load app and stuck at 10%.
  • Extremely Frustrating

    This is beyond frustrating for the cost. It would be nice if the apps didn’t kick me off 9 times out of 10. I do a resonance and it freezes before I get a list. Or I’m connected and then disconnected immediately. This is a big problem as I bought this device to use it. Not to spend hours TRYING to use it. I’m extremely disappointed. ONE buys a product believing they will be able to use it. The connection issues are beyond normal. In Bluetooth it’s showing I’m connected and yet the programming is unavailable. Why must my Bluetooth find the Healy every time I want to connect. Other products that have Bluetooth show on the phone and immediately connect when the device is turned on. Healy has to be reconnected and re-found repeatedly. Turning Bluetooth on and off to re-find and re-find and re-find. I tried to show someone the product and it just kept crashing until I had to give up. Someone seriously needs to be working on the connection issues. They are TERRIBLE.

  • App works great!

    I love my Healy! What a revolution. Early Bluetooth and connection issues have been solved and the app works great! The company has worked hard to fix bugs. I’m excited for this amazing breakthrough!
  • Update broke the app

    This App used to work but as of March 2021, after the update it seems to be broken. I keep getting an error message there’s some database problem and I get a spinning wheel when I try to do an analysis. Useless now.
  • What good is a Healy device without a functional app?

    For such an expensive product, you’d think the app that makes it function would work well. It’s been hit or miss, but now the past few days their server seems to be down as it won’t even log in and I get a server error message. Ugh.
  • Not worth the download

    I love the Healy but this app is a joke. It’s so hit or miss. Some days it might work well but more often than not it won’t show results. For the investment price of the product, it would be great if there was more time put into fixing these app issues.
