Stop releasing untested app updates
The Switchmate was working fine after an app update last year to fix dark mode being unusable. Things were working fine until of late that the switch does not keep settings saved. Have to mail Lu turn off the front porch lights that this is controlling because it keeps resetting and turning off the scheduled timers.Show lessLji
Couldn't even get the power plug to install.
Have used other plugs before. This one is crappy. Couldn't even get it to install.

Most of the features worked properly for about a year but after an update I could no longer save changes and the “Welcome Home” feature is thus permanently off. I tried contacting the support team but they just keep telling me they escalated the problem and the corresponding team never acknowledge the problem nor responded.Show less5TH Dimensions
Make Sunset/Sunrise Auto Adjust!
For the love of god please make the sunrise and sunset setting automatically adjust to changes!!! I’m sick of every week having to re-do the sunset/sunrise setting since the app won’t do this automatically!!viclopez1112
