3/22 update broke dark mode
The March 2022 update has RUINED the app in dark mode. Unusable! It is a bizarre hybrid of dark and light. Clearly a mistake!jmco
Does not work anymore!!!
I have been using Switchmate toggle for my front and back porch light for almost a year now. A couple weeks ago it stopped working. I did all the troubleshoot and still doesn’t work. However it does manage to turn off the light but won’t turn it on. Please send an update to fix this!mph303
Horrible
New update is illegible in Dark mode. Always messes up after time changes (DST switch) and support is either unresponsive or unhelpful. I am done with their products. Overpriced and poorly supported. About as “unApple” as anything can be.John-Apple
Change to app
I have had this Switchmate for many years when it almost 1st came out. I have updated the app and after that every time you change daylight savings times or the batteries it won’t work properly. It sees it, it’s connected to the Wi-Fi and my iPhone, and can only be operated manually from the phone or when I hit the button on the actual device.
It will not turn on and off at any time set.
I have deleted the app, I have turned off Bluetooth, I have change the Wi-Fi on and off taking batteries out did everything that the troubleshooting reports say to do. Very upset with this product since the latest update.
I have the latest firmware and it just will not turn on automatically anymore. If I could give this zero stars I would.

Does not work at all!
Just bought this security camera. Followed the instructions verbatim, deleted the app, downloaded it again, removed and reinstall batteries, nothing seems to work. Its just a piece of garbage. Not even worth a star!missjanevega
Timer switch keeps turning off
So it worked fine until I changed the timer. Now the timer 1 toggle continues showing “off” resulting in the unit not functioning. I continually go into setup, turn timer 1 on and “save”. By the next day the lights aren’t working again and low and behold, the toggle is back in the off position. I don’t see any updates but perhaps I’m mistaken? I love the concept but the execution or lack thereof is frustrating. Please help!!!Show less#Shox
Please update!
I have loved using Switchmate. I’ve got 3 light switches connected to the app. It’s made a huge difference in my life given that I have limited mobility. If one of my caregivers forgets to turn off the light in my hallway, I can turn it off without having to use up time & energy getting to the light switch and back.
However, I can no longer use Switchmate. The latest update from Apple has rendered the app useless. Please update the app so that all of us who use it can continue using it. Once it can be used again, I’ll my rating back up to 5 stars.Show lessHallenore
Unstable!
I like this app and have no illusions about the dept of its functionality. I know I have to be in range to actually work the switches, but I can also program the limited timers to go on and off when I want. My main gripe about the app is it is u stable. I have multiple devices across 3 locations, functionality supported indirectly. But when I load all my devices, sometimes the app fails to launch if there is an issue with the switch. The only remedy is to delete and reload the app, thereby losing all my data and devices. Very aggravating!Show lessBarcoDD
Misleading
Product literature inside the box (a switch) claims to work with Google and Alexa. Only works with Google, no code or option to generate a code to get it to work with Alexa. I have both types but I mainly use Alexa for devices. How stupid that I have one device in my whole house that I have to use Google for.Show lessTheSithVixen
Garbage
What a waste of money . Garbage product can’t get to work . Zip plugs in but doesn’t connect to app after numerous tries . Really disappointed in this productElreyscorpio78
