Does not work
I can not book flight to phuket does not show it on app , tgis is terable i fly u guys all the time because of my app now can not and also shows no thailand flights like manila to bangkok or phuket nothing . Fix it been like this fir months

App is nothing else than a browser.
Almost every option is just diverting to a mobile website where all data has again to be entered (e.g. Mobile check in).
Enrich data more or less not available; aside from total Points & the number.
Compared to the previous app: this app here is useless.
Embarrassing for a top intl. airline to publish an app like this...

Shockingly poor
I have used various apps offered by airlines, this one is one of the worst if not the worst one I have ever experienced. It is not user friendly, I have tried several times to checkin online but you cannot it wont let you it advised you to speak to a customer service agent at the airport?? What is the point in offering online checkin when you wont let people checkin online?? Unfortunately I cannot grant minus stars as even 1 star is generous.

Frustrating to use
Seems buggy. Hard to check in. Seems impossible to addflights to profile. Easy to loose where you have gotten to in the process so that you have to start all over.
Not an improvement from old App
No ability to set up profile one time so it's customised when you log in to your preferences. Give me back the other version
No enrich member login option
Please add enrich member login option so they can view their recent activities and points just like old apps.
