I’ve been a fan of Silk Fred forever… at the beginning I loved the unique items that I could pretty much guarantee that I wouldn’t bump into anyone wearing the same! The website functionality has certainly improved over time, however I think the SF APP is a winner - easy to navigate and I love the ‘how to wear’ feature - I’d love SF to build on this and help us identify next season or this years trends so we can buy in confidence that I’m going to be ‘on point’ at a summer wedding in both style and colour …Show lessH C U

I used the Silk Fred app to purchase a dress for Christmas. I found the app to be warm and inviting, suitable for all age groups from young to not -so-young. In addition, from a technical perspective, the app was eye-catching, simple and fun to use with many visual appealing features which I liked - for example favourites included for each item. I particularly liked the “perfect for” feature. As someone who is an “app fan” I found this app to be very refreshing, yet simple and effective. Well done SilkFred.Show lessMagsA128

I love my SilkFred dresses and would certainly order from them again. I had to send one back and received my refund very promptly. I ordered the same dress in a size up and it was here promptly as well. Their email and ordering system are obviously very organised. First experience
I am very impressed from my first experience of ordering from SilkFred. The choice of goods is exceptional, a tad expensive however I’m very happy with my first purchase and will be ordering again however I have so many items now in my favourites I’m not sure how I will afford it but I will try :). I love how they give you the details of the size the model is wearing and the height of the model so it gives you a realistic view of what it could look like on.
There are also a few items that have a variety of sized and heights models all wearing the same thing, that is super helpful and could definitely do with showing you more of these!!

I only used the website before the app was launched and only for a couple of things. However I thought I’d have a look and see what I could get for an upcoming holiday. I ended up buying over £500 worth of items but was happy to do that because of the free returns. I’m keeping the bulk and the other items were only returned because they didn’t suit my figure (I’m a busty lass).
Love how they have the different sections of ‘great for .. wedding/date night etc’. Filters are also good to make searching easier. The photos of the garments are also good and show a true image as opposed to some other sites which are great for knowing how something looks when crouching down or sitting awkwardly on a random chair.

The app is great. A friend recommended I try Silk Fred as I was not having much look shopping on the high street. I’m new to online shopping because I’m not very good at taking risks and can’t be bothered with the faff of returning items. However, I found the descriptions helpful when choosing the right size. The colour I wanted was out of stock, nevertheless I bought a dress in the same style, but a different pattern and it’s great. It really suits me. I’m very happy with my purchase and I will use the app for future purchases.Show lesssukina41

I found the app great for straightforward shopping but when I went to check out it didn’t give me any options for where I wanted my items to be delivered to and there is nowhere on the app to add or change a delivery address. I realised this too late (I had moved since I had last ordered) and had to update those details on the full site and then seek the help of customer services to try sort the delivery out. They were very helpful and managed to cancel one item and reroute the other as once the order is taken these details cannot be changed.Show lessPlattykins

I was looking for a specific type of top and came across SilkFred. It has pretty much spot on what I was looking for and I ended up buying not 1 but 5 items of clothing! Even then I limited myself as I am usually loathe to buy clothes online. However I have to say every single item was exactly as described, really lovely and good quality. The range of clothing is amazing and definitely something to suit every occasion. Will definitely shop there again and recommend it.
