This app won’t open all the way it keeps shutting off and kicking me off the app
Horrible Product
Just recently purchased (will be returning it). And we can not even create an account because the “signup” option does not work...Apple please pull this product ASAP as it is JUNK!!!!
Would like it to be great
Just got it today. Looks good. However..,,,,, multiple attempts to pair have failed. Halo unit freezes at download the app. Cannot go back or turn off. Cannot pair with air cleaner either. App recognizes me as a registered user but can’t do anything else. After all the time it took to get here, I’m not happy. Help would be appreciated

Great idea, poorly executed
This product and app integration is a fantastic idea. After I first bought my Wynd device and created my account, it worked flawlessly for like two weeks. Then they introduced an update and my app has t worked since. With 90% of the functionality controlled or accessed through the app, the device is now almost useless. Do not buy or download anything from Wynd until they fix this!

The iOS app is unusable
Can’t login with either email or facebook. Logging in via Facebook ends up in an endless loop. And trying to setup an account via email one is stuck forever waiting for a confirmation email no matter how many times you ask to resend. Do you do any testing before releasing your apps?
stuck on cloud sync
just got my wynd halo and installed app, but can’t get past the cloud sync after sign up.
App unusable
After purchasing this device, I have not been able to log in. It forever stalls with “Connecting to Wynd Cloud”.
The premise of the device sounded cool, but so far this experience has been having a paper-weight sized fan with no app to do all the cool stuff in the positive reviews here.

App no longer functions
For some reason, this app is no longer working. It’s impossible to sign in, to sign in as a new user, to use Facebook to login. The request password function is not working either.
New update has a creepy bug
My purifier keeps randomly turning itself on and to full blast ever since I updated the app. Had to run down the battery to get it to stop. Really creepy and annoying... not what I expected from an “update”.
