  • Thanks for the update

    Revised review: All of my traps are back on line and reporting status. Thank you for the revision. ………. Four traps down simultaneously and all will not reconnect to my network. The app needs to be updated. Talked with Victor this morning, they stated they were aware of the problem and they are dealing with it. In my opinion, the M2 is the best trap out there, and needs Victor’s continued support.

  • Doesn’t Work Any More

    After upgrading to the iPhone 15 and newer IOS my two M2 traps will not connect any more. Worked fine before. Installed new batteries and followed all the steps in this app to connect but it fails at the last step after I reconnect the iPhone to my home WiFi network. P.s. I received a response, which I appreciate, that the problem is known and being worked on, but with no ETA. Said to try again in a week or so, with no indication whether that means to try again IF this app is updated by that time or whether some magic solution will somehow otherwise arrive through the ether.

    We're sorry to hear your trap won't connect! This is a known issue and while there is no current ETA, we are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We recommend trying to add the traps again in a few days. The traps can still e used to catch rodents, a notification would not be received.

  • Some issues

    I really only have two issues with this product. It is a little complicated to sync to your Wi-Fi and occasionally just drops the connection. I think maybe an app update would help. But the biggest issue is I had one of mine stopped working and the customer service representative basically said it’s out of warranty. Considering how expensive these are per trap and that I have eight of them, I would assume they would’ve helped me out a little bit.

    We're sorry to hear that this is happening with your trap. If it is losing connection, we recommend bringing the trap closer to the router to see if this continues. You can also try deleting and re-adding the trap to the app. While the trap is no longer manufactured, it is covered under a one year replacement policy. Reach out to us at 1-855-584-2867 for additional assistance.
