Can’t use it. Can’t confirm email.
We got the smart gate opener accessory and downloaded the app. The app requires you to confirm your email after you set up an account, and then they never send the confirmation email. So you cannot set up the smart gate opener. Waste of money and time. And yes we tried different phones and emails to get a confirmation email. No email sent to any of our emails, so we cannot use the smart setup. Waste of a lot of money.

Works half the time
I request that effort be placed into making this app more robust and reliable. It simply does not connect half the time — typically remedied by cycling the iPhone off and on. This is not the case with the unrelated MyQ garage door opener app that works most all of the time. When this works, it’s great. When it doesn’t, it generates frustration about having invested in this optional product from Mighty Mule.

Was awesome...then Sunday happened
I was super excited about being able to control this from afar, and it was working fine. I have my house surrounded by a gate on a dangerous street and my dogs help protect the house.
It went haywire on Sun, causing the gate to open without me touching the Open circle, leaving my house COMPLETELY exposed at night while we were gone, my dogs ran out, and it took a while to get them back.
You guys need to get to work ASAP. When this app is good, it’s good...when it’s bad, it’s HORRIBLE.

Just ok
The app could really use some updates. It doesn't keep you logged in, even though the option is selected to stay logged in. The option to not be notified when the light turned in or off doesn't work. It always sends a notification.
I've used other garage door apps that allowed for receiving a message if the door has been open for X amount of time. This would be a great addition to the app.

Login Information Always Lost
Every time there is an update my TouchID information is lost. No other app does this upon updates. It completely erases the benefit of the network connection. Please fix this.
Update - the company responded to my comment and blamed this behavior on me. They indicated that I was uninstalling the app before installing an update. This is false and insulting. The app auto-updates. All other apps do this and do not lose Touch-ID settings. Please fix this.
