I agree with Zhou Mee, I’ve been a Vodafone customer/user for seven years either through a work colleague, and now in my own name. Vodafone claims to offer services in Hungarian and English but that is NOT true. I, also, cannot pay my bill online. I’m 72 years of age and have difficulty walking. I must get help going to Árkád Mall just to get to an OTP to pay my bill. Vodafone does not even help set up the App in English. The only English help goes to FAQ which are not specific enough to assist with the App. Perhaps I should go to another provider?Show lessMister BBG

Nem értem miért kell folyton bejelentkeznem az alkalmazásba, hogy befizethessem a számlám??? Ki fizetné be helyettem?! Ugyan ki??? Miért nem lehet ezt kikapcsolni az alkalmazásban? A másik, hogy a kód küldés sem megy zökkenőmentesen. Miért kell kódot küldeni, ha minden hónapban ugyanazzal a bankkártyával fizetem ugyanahhoz a számhoz tartozó számlát??? Miért nem mehet olyan egyszerűen, mint a telekomnál? Rákattintok a fizetekre és már mehetek is a dolgomra.
A számlák megjelenítése meg felfoghatatlan. Mióta új rendszert építettek ki, sokkal bonyolultabb minden. Ha nem romlott el, ne javítsd meg! A számlán meg jó lenne látni, hogy melyik felhasználóhelyhez tartozik a végösszeg ( teljes összeg, nem a minden is külön külön, na és persze minden külön oldalon!!! Agyrém!!!) , hogy egyértelmű legyen fizetendő összeg.

Cannot go pass the get started button
Vodafone the smart phone service provider is unable to come up with a working piece of software for its users to be able to buy let alone to be of any service. Every update to the app brings more problems than solving previous ones. Keep it upHurrahay

I try a thousand-time to log in but I can't log in. When I put forget the password then they ask email or number then they never send the password to the email or number. What should I do 😣remonredo

I’ve been really satisfied with this app before but recently it doesn’t allow me to log in and keeps telling me that there’s an error. Called the help center and went there twice as well but nope no use.
