  • Payment always declines

    For some reason, every time I use Apple Pay or a CC, I get a payment declined notification, no matter what card I use. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading the app and then it’ll work. It’ll eventually happen again though. Love the app and how I have my closet but it’s very frustrating. Ended up just going to the website to order what I want.

  • The App has become unusable

    I like the clothes; however, the app is horrible. It's hard to believe that a company with no physical locations to purchase items would allow their app to not function for basic needs like checking order status or browsing. I'm unsure what's happening, but I'm considering leaving as a customer unless this changes very soon. It's not worth the frustration

  • Just use the website

    I don’t know why the app is such trash, but it’s missing really useful features that are only available on the website… like actual measurements of the clothes you are buying so you’ll know how they fit.

    Really stupid app with no advantage over the website.

    Also, currently unable to login on the app and the website. Bonobos, if you’ve been curious about why your sales are down maybe you should make sure people can login to their accounts to buy things. Lame.
