Payment always declines
For some reason, every time I use Apple Pay or a CC, I get a payment declined notification, no matter what card I use. I’ve tried deleting and redownloading the app and then it’ll work. It’ll eventually happen again though. Love the app and how I have my closet but it’s very frustrating. Ended up just going to the website to order what I want.Show lessKrazifool
The App has become unusable
I like the clothes; however, the app is horrible. It's hard to believe that a company with no physical locations to purchase items would allow their app to not function for basic needs like checking order status or browsing. I'm unsure what's happening, but I'm considering leaving as a customer unless this changes very soon. It's not worth the frustrationShow lessLaedbur
Just use the website
I don’t know why the app is such trash, but it’s missing really useful features that are only available on the website… like actual measurements of the clothes you are buying so you’ll know how they fit.
Really stupid app with no advantage over the website.
Also, currently unable to login on the app and the website. Bonobos, if you’ve been curious about why your sales are down maybe you should make sure people can login to their accounts to buy things. Lame.Show lessSkippy!
The app is horrible
After telling the Bonobos team that I can’t get the “orders” page to load for 4 months and counting, the response I got was “you should expect this issue for at least another 6-9 months at least!” Wow. Apparently there’s one monkey who’s in charge of their technical team and he’s a bit behind fixing all the app issues. After being sold by Walmart and bought by WHP Global and Express last year you’d expect them to invest in a team that would offer a mobile app that works. App rarely works
For 2 months I couldn’t get my order page to load. Then after today’s update I can no longer even log in! Also when applying a filter to your size, fit, etc it shows results of thousands of items which is obviously incorrect. I believe the correct results are listed first, but why show hundreds of other items below those if they don’t apply to your filter? Great clothes, but sub par app.Show lessGlitchy App
The filters never work. Products will show available, but when you click on them, it’s sold out…if it loads. Loading is a constant issue all through the app. Want to review an order. 3 blinking dots. How about those pair of pants you’re interest in, but in black…3 blinking dots. Leave the app and come back…3 blinking dots. Close the app and come back…3 blinking dots. Delete the app, download it again, you guessed it…3 blinking dots. Change the size…3 blinking dots. It’s maddening. Otherwise return support has been great. Shipping is quick. High end brand with abysmal app
I love Bonobos clothes but for the price I would expect a decent app and average customer service. Bonobos delivers neither. The app has less functionality than the website and is harder to navigate. It is also impossible to get any help. They claim to have a chat feature but it’s only sporadically available. When it is available, you can only interact with a bot. The bot is no more helpful than a regular search and gave me several broken links to follow. I eventually went old school and called but gave up after holding for 20 minutes.Show lessBTF0404
Apple Pay Still Doesn’t Work
Apple Pay works perfectly fine with all my other apps. But when using Apple Pay using this app with my only credit card that’s linked to my Apple Pay account, I receive “Payment Failed” error each and every time. This has been a problem for years. Apparently the developers don’t care about this issue. Due to this, along with deteriorating product quality from Bonobos, I’ve been shopping at more reliable clothiers.Show lessDroppedbeat
Was good, now a scam
I was an original convert attracted to their style and fit. Then it was sold to Walmart in 2017 and went downhill ever since. First it was my credit card being compromised on their website so that I then used only PayPal. Now PayPal doesn’t work on their website and the AI customer service bot suggested some solutions. I tried all different browsers and cleared cookies but didn’t work. Then new customer service bot suggested the app, which I downloaded. I tried to use Apple Pay but that is broken too. Seems that this has turned to a front to sell your credit card info. What a shame. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere. Many decent brands deserve your $ than this place.Show lessProfKlink
Incredibly Terrible Experience
I want to sit on the toilet and shop and this app makes it so frustrating that both activities come to a complete halt because nothing works on this app. Why are sizes show available and it says sold out. What’s the point of inputting all my info and the app suggest items not available.
