  • Good products but be ready for long shipping times

    I like their products, however, they need to update their FAQ and info to reflect the correct delivery times. It says 1 day for the nyc area but you will definitely be disappointed if you expect that.

    Expect around 2 weeks to receive your products.

    I’ve contacted support to see if there is anywhere I can put this out there but it looks like the app review is the only place for feedback.

  • Disappointed

    As someone who has been a Bonobos customer for the last 3.5 years I can definitely say their app just gets worst with every version update. Takes longer for products to load, and it’s difficult to find products now a days. I feel products are not categorized appropriately plus the delay in loading makes it annoying therefore I leave the app.

  • Great clothes but terrible app

    Although I’ve bought over a dozen items from them and love their clothes I never seem to get notified of their sales even after asking 3 times for them to fix this? Also 75% of the time when I filter my size the results are not correct. The website seems to work fine but the app rarely does.
  • App Functions, Items Available Not So Much

    The app works well, but it’s annoying when literally every item listed in the “On Sale” section is unavailable with an option to “Notify When Available”. They’re sale items… they won’t be available again. Remove them. Eyeroll..
  • Broken app

    If you click a link to the app - broken “requires update”

    I have the latest update this app just is really really buggy and needs some TLC and some better error handling
  • Biometrics

    Please add biometric support to the app. Otherwise don’t make customers sign in every time you do an update. Thanks.
  • Awful Update

    The most recent app update and redesign is pretty awful and broke a number of features (including Apple Pay). I wish they would change it back :-(.
  • What happened to “How to Wear It”?

    I used to love this app, and this brand. The app used to work seamlessly, and had this incredible feature called “How to Wear It” that would show out outfit suggestions for every item in the store’s inventory, and even allow you to tailor it to the occasion and climate. It was incredible for finding suggestions for items I had never considered buying before. And guess what, I would actually BUY them.

    I work in e-commerce, and whoever decided to retire that feature should be fired immediately. Whoever let this app go by the way side should be fired immediately. I see different things showing up when I’m signed in versus when I’m not. I see better final sale deals when I’m not signed in to my account.

    I have a high LTV to this brand, and am seriously considering going elsewhere with how you have trashed your app and online store. Fix it, and fix it now.

  • Submit Order Button Doesn’t Work

    Get all the way to check out with Apple Pay and app won’t let me make a purchase. Button is not functioning. Doesn’t even register a tap and show a failed load. It simply doesn’t respond at all.

    Apple pay being broken is just infuriating.
