Used to like it
Years ago bonobos impressed me with cost vs. style. vs. material. Now I feel like it’s a quick sale with cheapened materials. There isn’t much in the way of outfit recommendations like other brands, and customization is very generalized. Also their sizes only accommodate extremes, and not a slender muscular build (6’4” 200lbs)

Terrible
Your app is so bad that I can no longer tolerate the miserable purchase experience any longer and I am abandoning the Bonobos brand altogether. You guys used to be really good, but you forgot what it was that created such fierce brand loyalty: a customer-first mentality and a consistent, high quality product. Sadly, Bonobos has none of those things anymore, and this god-awful, buggy, frustrating app is a perfect manifestation of the new Bonobos. Disappointing.Show lessGraham0509
App Needs an Option to Reduce Item Duplication
It's extremely annoying that the same shirt appears in your results for EVERY COLOR/PATTERN. I'm shopping by item first then color. This should be easy enough to program the option to collapse all items by item type/cut. This is an abvious attempt to appear like they have HUNDREDS of items but in reality it's about 5-10 shirts but 10-15 different colors/patterns and it the exact opposite of the in store experience where you get your style, then choose your color or pattern.Show lessAdamn415
Website is better
The App is not easy to maneuver & on most sales, like cyberweek, doesn’t reflect the discount. Most apps make things easier when shopping, this app makes it harder. Very disappointing, had to place my last order using the website.CX($)
Filters are a thing
I don’t know why I can’t seem to get the filters to actually filter results?! I don’t want to spend all this time looking at clothes that aren’t in my size!GKBelgium

Great clothes, terrible service
The app takes a frustrating customer service experience and makes it worse. Whenever you add something to your cart and want to continue shopping, you have to go back to the beginning, apply your filters, and search again. The app provides no information to help ID when your product will ship, and I’ve emailed them on multiple occasions on two different orders with no reply ever. They claim that you can live chat with someone, but the live chat link is never available. Long story short - Bonobos takes your money, will send your clothes MAYBE in a month even when you pay for expedited shipping, provides no back end support and won’t let you cancel orders pre-ship. If it sounds like a scam, that’s what it feels like. Too bad, Bonobos was my go-to clothing retailer for a long time. Avoid this app, and this company, and keep your sanity.Show lessRackaway

Terrible app
On the surface it feels like it kind works but… it never lets you look at items in your cart (it just gives you a blank screen it says it is sold out even when its not) and always seems to glitch on one thing or another. Ive been using this app through several updates. They just have a bad app designer. I almost prefer to get my computer out and order from there instead…Show lesssucka fresh
Buggy and delayed
Images don’t show up for quite awhile after switching pages. Sometimes items squeak through whatever filters you put. Clicking items that are in the cart doesn’t take you to the item page, it just says it’s sold out for some reason. The absolute MOST ANNOYING thing is there is no sort function.
