Awful for Canadians
Boxes always arrive late, damaged, or not at all.
I have had several missing items and no refunds. This is honestly a scam. Also the prices are ridiculously overinflated. They claimed the pan from the fall box was worth $45 USD, I literally saw the same one (brand, size, and colour) at Walmart for less than $20 USD
They are terrible at shipping to Canada, never have enough stock, and customer service refuses to help you.

App won’t login
I used to enjoy the app, until it stopped working completely around August of this year. I ensure that the version of the app is always up to date to no avail. It’s perplexing as this is the only app in my library that isn’t working.
I’m able to login to my FFF account via the website without incident, yet cannot login via the app.
When trying to login on the app, after entering in my e-mail address and password, it simply brings me to to a screen that looks like the background wallpaper from the sign-in screen and nothing else.
I worked with FFF customer and technical support to troubleshoot the problem, but they’re stumped and have instructed me to access my account via the web instead.
I’m able to login to my FFF account via the website without incident, yet cannot login via the app.

There have to better subs out there
The items are themselves, worth the price of the subscription (according to msrp), however, the selection is so similar box to box… it’s like getting the same box over and over. Here’s a bag, a kitchen item, a house item, some face cream… every box. There are never different or amazing options. One $160 bag started to tear, with minimum use, in a month. Also… after getting 6 boxes, I can say something was wrong with 5 of the 6. Either something was missing, lotion broke inside all over every thing, glasses arrived scratched… it was so time consuming trying to get things corrected, that when paired with the blah choices… I cancelled. FFF says they’re a community but all it is… is an online message board, where people are bullied by other FFF members if they don’t like a box or constant posts bragging how FFF sent them extra’s (presumably for showing the boxes on their blog or to followers on Instagram). All in all, there has to be better boxes out there.

Why even have an app if it never works?
Every time I open this app and put in my UN and PW (which is stored in a password keeper and auto fills the information) it tells me it’s wrong. However, I can login to the website using the exact same credentials just fine. I’ve even changed my password through the app and it still doesn’t work
Regarding FabFitFun, I will be unsubscribing. They have chosen quantity over quality and I’m just not interested in that. I don’t need more “stuff,” I would rather have great deals on quality products that aren’t purchased on Alibaba and re-branded with a label.

App issues
Love my FabFitFun box but the app crashes all the time.
Crashes constantly
The app chooses different times to crash - sometimes before I can even see any of it, other times when I’m in the middle of shopping, or any time at all, really! Super buggy. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and still nothing. Needs to be fixed!
Can’t even use app
Let me log in but whenever I click on anything it crashes and closes out. Terrible app. Doesn’t look the bugs were fixed at all.
Features are hard to navigate through
Great for picking out what you want in your box; I love that I can do it from anywhere straight from my phone. But trying to access your account and makes changes (especially to address), or to see what you paid is difficult. There is also a forum section, I don’t even know what the point of that is? Don’t most people just use Instagram now? I wish they had more articles that show up on the Home Screen that are tailored to what you received specifically in your box and not all the other products. I would suggest just using a search engine on your computer or tablet to navigate the site.

Used to be the best
I have been an annual member for 5 years and I originally loved it, I would’ve given it a 10/5 stars if I could back then. I think I got 4 or 5 friends to join because I was so obsessed with what they had to offer and the cost. As of recently though, I’m extremely disappointed. Not only do they not have as good of a variety as they used to have but there customer service is the WORST !!!!!!

I go check my tracking information the other day and they changed my choices to things I would never in a million years select or use. I sent in a message to customer service and they literally have not responded yet I continually get an email saying the case is awaiting my response and will be closed if I don’t respond. I’m probably going to cancel my membership after this because I truly believe in good customer service which they lack.
