  • New app screwed up the login

    I was able to use the app till last release and now it’s seems useless, why do you want to check for the SIM card as you have option for sending otp to the registered number and user can use that for login, by adding such restrictions is making app use less, if think of hackers then Sbi web is is working with otp login only 🤪

  • Invalid request

    When I’m trying to login using my mpin or userid, it throws up as invalid request. This has been happening since the 25th of May and I am still struggling with getting through with the login stage. When can I get through?
    I’ve had no issues with login earlier. This is a new issue and I’m surprised that SBI is making customers live with this impediment since 4 days!

  • Worthless app from sbi

    Sbi has devised this app and offering direct shopping from yono app. When making payment time out expired with net banking, time out happened as just to confirm the amount went outside to check the otp. The aplication is not properly tested and very poorly managed functionalities. Also terms and conditions are very bad. The bad part is we have to add the item in the yono app iteself. When cashback promised, dis not get the cashback.

  • Unable to select DOB during registration

    Not able to select the date of birth when trying to register as a new customer. When I select the year, can’t select the month or date and when I select the month, cannot select the year or date and vice verse.

    This is very frustrating, tried multiple times and even reinstalled the app but nothing seems to be working.

    Seen even other users complain about the issue, can the team fix it ASAP or when is it expected to be fixed ?

  • The date picker in the new registration is not working on the apple version of the app

    This is more of a bug report. The date picker for the dob for registration of existing users does not work on the iPhone version of the app. It either lets you choose the year or the month or the day. But does not allow all you to a complete date.

    Please fix this.
  • Pathetic app

    Don’t know who is the developer but the really are behind the art of developing a great app. The app hangs most of the time. After clicking existing user, when entering the user ID this throws an error. Then after clicking register with ATM, the date of birth screen just hangs and won’t allow you to change both year and date at the same time. Frustratingly bad and pathetic in terms of user experience.

  • ATM card

    Today I lost my ATM card and now I am trying to apply for a new card but the problem is the address which was registered to my bank account it’s not an updated address and this bank do not have an option to deliver the ATM card to the current address so if a person is staying in a far different city so how can the person access the account when he want to be draw the money from ATM card even though the bank has yono cash for card less transaction, online transaction or to retail shopping it is difficult. Even though they is no option to select corresponding address like all the other banks. so I don’t know why the bank has put customers in a such a tragic condition.

  • Cant choose Date of Birth

    Hi there, can you please fix the dob drop down menu. Everytime I try to choose the date the app freezes.

  • Never receive OTP

    Whenever I try to make any credit card payment or any other payment or transfer, I never got OTP on the registered mobile number or email address. It’s really frustrating and pathetic app to use. The only use of this app is to just check the balance.
  • Poor app

    It never works.. reading for ever and asking for a mpin and wait again says wrong pin even if you update the right pin too🙏 and finally if it’s started working after a minute it hangs!not sure who has developed this app or who is supporting this one!
    Don’t ever use this app if you don’t want to waste your time..SBI should at least copy and paste from some of the real banking apps existing with other banks than having this poor app
