  • Not working

    Not working at all closing by itself.. one of the worst app.

  • The best worst app ever !!!

    With every upgrade user frustration is guaranteed by including timely bugs in the app. Being the leading bank in india, it is made sure that no customer should have seamless easiness of using this app.
    Now when i try to register again after changing my phone, the app says I don’t have an account with the bank !!!

    Hi ! We are sorry to know about your experience. Once you select your SIM, app detects if your mobile number is registered as an existing customer. If app does not find your registered mobile number in database, next screen shows the message "Sorry, we could not find any customer...." "Open a new account & continue using YONO". In new version user's registered mobile number (RMN) will be validated through SMS & user has to ensure the presence of SIM of RMN in the device. Team YONO SBI
  • Stupidity at its best

    Why the hell we need uninstall team viewer to this app? I know what does team viewer do, but I also need this app to do some tasks in job. You can be better than this, come out of stupid mode
  • App does not register .

    The app was working perfectly last year . After the new update there is a registration process in the start up which sends an sms . This does not work on NRI who are abroad and shows technical error message . Worst banking app ! Please remove it from the App Store if possible and go do some farming job instead.

  • It’s totally disappointing to me

    I have only bank account in SBI, I am out of India where run India mobile sim impossible earlier I could use my SBI app out of India in my cellphone..I could pay my bil and expenses to my kids and family from out of India .
    Suddenly one day I wake up and I could used App, because SBI binding SIM card with app, means I can’t run app if I don’t have sim
    now I have to tell some one in India to use my SIM card and run app in his phone
    Stupid thing happen
    Sbi can give OTP option in email if want to secure … means if you loose sim you can’t run app..
    I can’t see now any solution..
    I appreciate to doing innovation every time but to do something new we have to take of its drawbacks
    Should give me option please
    I install app in my 10 year son’s to use for pay bills and expenses now he could use this app and he spend money to buy online game in play store and even so many bad things

  • Cannot login to my account!

    I recently downloaded this app and the app took me through new registration process that sends SMS to validate SIM card and registered phone number. This always fails for me with error SB001. I have seen developer response on other reviewers as well, but The response is not right. We are indeed sending sms from registered phone number and associated SIM card. Have you tested this feature on US phones? It is not working.
    YONO lite app works but it does not show all my accounts.

  • SIM error on iPhone 12 Pro

    Before the update app was working fine. Now it give s the following error Please insert SIM or check network Settings before proceeding further. If I proceed, it gives the following error after it tries to send sms SB001 Technical error. Please try later I use Tmobile with digital SIM . It is really frustrating. Hope your team fixes this issue. I tried Yono lite and it had no issues

    I tried multiple times and it gives same error. I am surprised that the lite version of app gives no error. As I mentioned before I don’t have physical sim, my network provider uses iPhone digital sim. I am surprised this issue is taking this long

  • Horrible mobile app

    I have recently upgraded yono app and when i try to open there comes a pop up window to update my app again. If i click update in the pop up screen it takes me to iphone app store yono app where there is no option to upgrade because the app is already upto date and has only “open” option enabled.
    Not sure if someone at a higher level in SBI ever sees these poor reviews and takes some steps to correct atleast few.
    World is so much connected now and they can look at how other country banking apps are made. So easy to use and constantly upgraded to make the customer happier with their ease to using mobile apps.
    SBI mobile/ internet bsnking still decades behind other countries.
    Time to hire world class consultants to build a quality app and not for the sake of building one.

  • Waste, even after updating app it says update

    I got notification to update while opening app. So did the same. When returned to app it’s again shows update. Deleted and reinstalled and still the same . This is very basic check right? Shouldn’t you see this on your unit testing ?
  • It’s called “Pathetic”

    Installed YONO in a device which mobile number doesn’t have an account in SBI but I have SBI account with different mobile number.

    Even though YONO says. ”no issue, you can use for different number “ but you really CAN’T. Do you know what exactly are you developing? In the name of security, don’t create breach please…
