  • App keeps failing when UPI registration is initiated

    Over all I am quite satisfied with the performance and user interface of the app. Only complain I have is that when I try to retrieve my UPI id using this app it crashes and never lets me complete my UPI id retrieval process.

    I have been using YANO app for transferring funds, and pay bills. Every time it went through very well. Much better experience compared to another big bank where I have an account. Thank you.
  • SBI never fails to disappoint

    As usual we can’t expect much from this govt bank. I thought they might have hired at least a good private company and someone with an avg iq to design this app but I guess I was wrong. Tell me, how tf are we to access our accounts when we are travelling abroad and the stupid yono keeps asking us to send text msgs instead of letting us login with id and password. At least send us an otp because incoming sms doesn’t need an expensive international pack. But no. The brains behind this app designing team wants to show they are true employees of sbi and make it really hard for the rest of us. Why tf do we even need id and passwords if I can’t use it to straightaway login. Easier to just use the website. The genius who came up with this idea. Plz know that you reached that position to make these decisions by luck. Not by intellect.

  • Worst application always survey problem under maintenance

    I don’t you gays are properly working for having u r salary I am from Indian army we gays mostly get rare time to use Internets because of no network but when we get a chance of using internet weekly once that Time we have to send money to our home that time your application is not responding and server maintenance not only now it’s being from past 2 years please take action oresle we all Indian army soldiers will switch to another bank account

  • Poor service

    I was using this app before and it has good features. However when I changed my mobile & transferred my data from old mobile to new mobile it didn’t work. It said it will send an OTP to the mobile number registered. But I never received the OTP. I tried it several times with no success. I deleted it on my old phone & reinstalled it on my new phone but still no success. It is such a good app but of no use. I hope the creator will atleast take a look at the negative reviews and update the app. If u r not serious, as most Indian govt services are (since they only work for salary), just don’t advertise about app on TV etc. Hope u take this serious and update the app addressing the issues in it.

  • Unusable

    I’m not sure what the author of the app intended to do while designing its features.

    The app does not allow me to register from my Number, it forces me to send out SMS (for which I’m being charged) & then proceeds to fail to register, what is the point?

    The amount of circus that we have to do in order to bank with SBI online or via app is a painstaking experience. Now, I have a bank, a phone, and resources that I can’t use although I’m paying a fee for their service. Thank you, but no thank you SBI.

Allow all permission to YONO SBI app like device location, make & manage calls, SMS 2. Make sure outgoing SMS facility is active with sufficient balance 3. Make sure all SMS settings are intact to send and receive SMS 4. Try Flight Mode ON/OFF once Team YONO SBI
  • The mobile number variation is not working

    I was using the app. But now changed the mobile after that tried to register again but the mobile number verification is not working. Sms is through from the sim and charges also deducted so many times. No results.

    Tried everything which was in the developer’s comment.
    But the same error showing. “ SB001 technical error “

  • Registration not working

    This new method of registration is not working in Canada. It is sending SMS but then nothing further is happening, already sent so many international SMS for this purpose!
    Pls advise on further course of action.

  • Absolutely garbage

    The app only allows to login via the SMS thing. My phone number has changed and there is no way to use any other form of authorization. Also, the app does not use Face ID or Touch ID that most phones now have to authenticate. Every step it asks for an OTP. Once use is authenticated let them use the app seamlessly through one session. Learn from other banks across the globe to see what good user experience is.
