  • Stupid way of customer verification

    I am an NRI customer. After the recent update, in order to verify the customer, the app sends SMS to SBI from the customer phone and wait for a response. It times out after a minute with an error SBI001. Why can’t you let the customer login using id and password and then use SMS as 2FA. Looks like SBI has made the app secure by blocking customers from login. Clearly this design change has not been well thought out or tested properly.

  • Worst app . KK nagar chennai branch not even helping or not responding to emails

    I am having account with SBI for more than 15 years . I am having savings account too . YONO app is not working for me for more than 2 months . I sent multiple emails to KK nagar branch. They have not even responded to my emails . I need to understand how to resolve YONO app issue . Who can help me on that ?

  • What’s the ???

    In their unequalled brilliance for obfuscation, illogicality, illegibility, and confusion, the Indian Government has managed to transfer the worst user interfaces on the planet of the websites to their iphone app.

    How this is possible in the country with the largest population of IT specialists on the planet is a mystery.

    Taking the capacity for intuitive brilliance of the touchscreen smartphone and turning it into such a tortuous maze of visual blitzkreig is an unequalled feat. Steve Jobs would be amazed. And, more to the point, appalled.

  • Unnecessary sim binding with device, even that doesn’t work

    Past 20 days unable to use YONO app. Called 5 times to YONO customer service. Everytime YONO customer service closed the ticket saying update YONO app. Digital team built a great app, but the customer service is bunch of jokers. Who know only to creat ticket and close it without actual resolution.
    After multiple escalation within SBI, it’s understood that the phone number migration has the issue within SBI.
    SBI digital footprint is becoming unnecessary pain to the customers. When you can’t give proper service why release such products!! I don’t say there are faulty products, it happens! But Atleast the customer service should own it and fix the issue. Rather than mentioning everytime update YONO app. Such a crappy YONO HELPLINE and customer service team

  • Technical error - since previous update

    When choosing the Option - existing Sbi customer , press Next . After a minute , Technical Error SB001 . YONO app used to work before without any issue . Since previous update, problem started
  • Not able to verify my number and login.

    When I’m opening the app, it is asking to select a sim( where as I have only one sim, not sure why it asks so) but has no option to select any. Then i click next and send a message, after that it waits for a min and exits with a message SB001: Technical Error. This is happening from last few months. I’m not able to login to the YONO app.

  • App Not Working At all

    Tried contacting bank staff and managers to rectify my issue but no one helped me out. It worked fine before for sometime but all of a sudden it stopped working and showing a message to close the app and displaying this version was not supported in your mobile. I am using Apple 11pro updated version.

  • App is good but not 100% functional

    Top side CTA (call to actions) buttons like logout and back do not work properly in iPhone XR. I had to keep pushing it 5-6 times to make it work.

  • Cannot login anymore with the new SMS based authentication

    Update 04/05 - tried to login again based on instructions received from the team here, however still same error and no one available to assist.

    Original feedback -
    Looks like SBI ruined the app by introducing the so-called additional security features. I keep getting the error “SB001 Technical Error, please try later” when trying to login with txt message authentication; the MPIN was way better.
