I've been expecting my card to be delivered for quite some time. And after 2 phone calls on two arranged days for delivery, still no card. Even the women I spoke to on both these occasions were very rude and have attitude. Very disappointing since they say it's necessary to be the one to receive the card etc. So stops me from doing my activities expecting to receive the card and still no result.
