  • jailbroken error

    Hi liv suddenly my app give me error your phone is jailbroken even they don't have jailbroken phone on latest ios 15.2 please resolve the issue i can't able to sign my account
  • Appalling app

    The build is the worst. Clunky and inefficient
    It’s full of stupid adverts. Not like a bank at all.
    Takes almost 1 min to launch live chat which is nowhere near live. Screenshots never get through. The robot chat is the on,y option unless you wit 24h. Just awful. Their staff are aware and agree it is terrible.

  • Please read if you care

    Been using this app from almost 3 years a go. There isn’t anything wrong with the app. Very good and easy to use. But if you ever came across an issue while banking in the app and perhaps wanted to talk to human. As the app is fully rebooted. If you ever wish to talk to human. I advice the bellow Don’t even try I really warn you not to waste your time efforts and perhaps phone credit. I been trying to talk to human. So I ask in the chat Talk to human and was just waiting. Waiting waiting. For nearly 3 days. Later I went to the babk in person. They literally ask me to leave as they don’t offer services to the Liv. account holder. Result: I give up and lost nearly 2k just because no one could talk to me That was actually another thing not to do or even think about doing it. And ENBD save your apology and do something about it.

    I opened an account here on the 16 and I transferred all my money to it when I wanted to transfer it back they said I need to wait for 5-7 to get my card I waited and waited today is the 30 all my money is here for 14 days and counting I texted in all the channels asking where is my
    Card no one no one is giving an answer I got to the point of begging them to just send me the card no one cares all my money is blocked and no one is giving me an answer when I texted them on Facebook and Instagram they told me to not text them and to text in only one place so please guys think twice before considering this bank .until now they left me stranded while blocking me from taking out my own money !!

  • No support!

    If your KYC is expired or has got some issue in uploading means you’ll be stuck without having access to your fund or even the support. Customer Service is the worst, there is no physical branch or contact number or any means to reach out. Even when it functions, the in app chat support is disappointing. When it works, it’s fair enough to use but once you encounter an issue that’s when you start to realize the true colors.

    Satisfied with bank services but the app is very outdated.. and worst ever. Please improve it gets on my nerves every time. Never ending updates for no reason
