  • Don’t waste your time with this.

    Rather get an actual bank account. I think if Mashreq had a similar product they would do way better on it. The service is rubbish, over digitized without the right supporting infrastructure. One star for when it actually worked.

  • Mobile number change

    It’s been almost 2 months now no response from the team they asked me for the documents submitted all docs but still no response and keep getting error in the app for changing mobile number 0 support

  • Probably a scam

    Opening the account seems easy but goes downhill after that. Cards don’t get delivered and there is no support. Their phone number literally says that they’re sleeping 24/7.

    Worst thing is that I deposited some funds and im not sure if I’ll be able to get them out. Will make an update of this review after 2 days.

    Conclusion. Don’t use this app.

  • Easy at first, but then…

    Quickest account you can possibly establish. But then the shipping company calls to deliver your card and they are the rudest people I’ve dealt with. Tried reaching out to Liv customer service apparently if you want to speak to a human the wait time is a couple of hours. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere, don’t let the shinny app trick you. Closing the account before 1 year also comes at a cost.

  • Good app - good tracking

    I enjoy the real-time tracking of my expenses and the ease of payment with the debit card
  • Customer support does not exist

    While I know from family and friends that Liv is a working service, their customer support is not working at all. I sent two emails and got only automated response. 2 stars as a hope - otherwise I’d do 1 star only. And of course I will change the review if their customer support suddenly will start to work.

  • Scan issue with new eid

    Dear liv team kindly work on app scan issue
    If i am trying to scan my EID it is not scanning which is i have new EID and it is now big challenge specially for my kind user so please work on it and either add there upload photo or scan copy instead of scanning. I hope you will take this comment seriously to solve this problem other by give me alternative. Thanks

  • Advertised features missing for months

    The app, the website, and the App Store listing extensively promote a service called Liv Young – which was the only reason I signed up for the account. However, that feature is nowhere to be found. Their so-called customer service makes no attempt to reply to multiple service requests. How does a regulated bank get away with this? Buyer beware!

  • Problem I have negative amounts

    I just want to know why I have negative amount in my acount.4 months ago I wedrow all my money coz someone call me and ask about my details so I give them and after that I wedrow all my savings and now I saw in my acount I have negative 706 dirhams I don't know why..
