  • Request timed out

    Needs better technical support. When the only interaction between your customer base and banking services is a meagre app, it is imperative that you have 100% up times and good technical support. There is no number or way to contact Liv. outside the app, the live chat is with a bot & now since I’m locked out of the app, there’s no way I can access my money. Pathetic!

    The app says request timed out when I attempt to login & is happening to all my friends as well. Please get your support team to look into this:

  • problem losing the password

    I have a problem losing the password, and when you ask for the password, you see the secret question page for me, and the page is blank. I contacted you via e-mail, currently for five days, there is no solution. You do not have a phone number to communicate with you. How is the solution? Thank you.

  • Terrible customer service

    The app stopped letting me sign I and I keep getting a system error. I tried to redownload the app but I’m still running into issues. The only way to contact customer service is by emailing and waiting for their respond for 24 hours or by signing into the app and trying to do a live chat. Obviously without being able to sign in, I had to email them. If you want to reply, you’ll have to wait another 24 hours. This is a really poor customer service.

  • Overall a good app

    My experience with this type of bank account from this bank is MUCH better than my experience with another bank that made my life miserable for 2 months.

    A friendly suggestion to have a summary of the calculation or a total amount every time you pay or make a transaction under it so you know how much you had and how much it became after the purchase.

  • Amazing.

    The Liv. account is a great simple way to get started for a bank account in UAE especially if you’re a low salary earner. Just maintain a balance of 2500 Dirhams before your monthly cycle and enjoy the benefits. I use my Liv. card for everyday purchases and it surely makes life easier.

  • Worst app ever

    I signed up for this and after 5 days i got email with my iban. But now i just cannot log in into the app. I have been trying continuously but no use. It shows wrong user id or password even after putting in the correct info. When i press forgot password to reset it goes to the otp page but the otp never comes. Got frustrated and deleted the app.

  • Unbelievable customer service

    At first it seems super easy. However, after some time you start noticing outrageous issues. I have made a purchase with an online store, money went out from my card however store never recieved the funds. Turns out Liv is withdrawn the funds from my account and never send them to store. There's no customer service support, you can't call anyone, email responses are generic (check you balance, report card lost).

    One of my mates woke with AED -1800 yet he has made no purchases; yet you can't reach them. One of the suggestions was "they respond best on social media" I mean it's insane how "a bank" has no customer service and will reply on Instagram.

    Anyway switched bank to Emirates NBD and happy now. Honestly, don't even bother with this one - awful would be an understatement

    I am very thankful to Emirates NBD . You can do littrely every online work by using Liv. Its really helping me alot . Thank you LIV For your Best Service. I dont ever need to visit their branches or offices for any problem i got it was sorted out by sitting in my bed
