  • Love the app

    The app has great features I like the credit card full of rewards, I can change it when I want
  • Worst customer service

    The most annoying and worse annoying customer service that will annoy you everyday calling and promising next day card delivery for 2 weeks only to have it delivered after a month.
    And if you face any problem, you will have to deal with the same customer service.
  • Terrible service

    Worst banking experience ever, I received my card and there was no way to activate it. They said go to settings and there will be a place to activate. There was no service for that or anything. Then I messaged them through the app and they took 3 hours plus to respond to each message. Waited about 2 days and still no activation. Highly recommend not to bank with this. Can’t even describe how bad it is

  • Transfer and slow services

    I’m done with this bank, my all transfers are stuck no one is replying on live chat....all they have to say is be patient...there live chat option is totally out of service....whatever I’m sending them is automatically deleted...I have reinstalled this app twice but no betterment

  • Very bad customer service

    Everything works fine until you had an issue and you need some support.. I requested an installment plan for my transaction through the merchant and the App but I’ve got the statement showing i have to pay in full. So I followed up with the “Chat” team which is the only way to contact the bank unfortunately!! It’s been 5 DAYS! with no reply for my messages on the chat and when i seek their support from Instgram they didn’t help at all and said i can just follow up with chat team even i told them that I’ve been waiting for a very long time.. I’ve been using liv for almost 2 and half years but now I’m planning to cancel it for good and never recommended to anyone.

  • Disaster!!!!! The worse service EVER!!!

    To install and to get the card it was easier then ever, but try to close your account 😅 Mission impossible!!! They don’t have customer support by phone! If you call to Emirates NBD they will say it is only online service and no direct number to contact. So they have only the chat in the app! I have message 100times I want to cancel my card to speak with someone and waiting time is like 9 house till somebody will reply to you! And you will be lucky if you will be on your phone that time, cuz if not you have to start everything from scratch! So after 100 time trying someone opened the request to cancel my card but it’s already 1 month and no response back🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 and of course I am charged each month for subscription and no ways to close it! Honestly I would rate it as no.1 legal FRAUD SERVICE EVER😅

  • Terrible customer service

    If the only way to access customer service is via chat. A several hour response time is unacceptable.

  • Okay app, horrible customer service

    Chat bot in the app is useless, when you finally manage to chat to a human after a couple of days and report a bug no effect just promises.
    Tried to contact them via Instagram also late responses and then no response at all.
    Liv has no direct number or email to contact them.
    Overall app design is okay and easy to figure out, but if you end up with a problem, good luck with that as customer service is no help.

  • Concept is great but customer service is terrible

    Ever since I open an account with Liv in 2018 everything is great from discounts, promos, games and goal account. But not until recently I encounter a fraud on my account and it takes them ages to answer me thru chat. The issue that could have been resolve in just 1 day extends to a 4 day back and forth chat since not all the time there’s an available agent who can assist me. I really want to keep my Liv account but with this problem due to awful customer service, it is better to look for other option. I hope you could improve you customer service after your system upgrade.
