It’s really great being part of this wonderful invention but I’ve been struggling for days now to get my account activated it ain’t possible I wish that problem get fixed as soon as possible thanks.oshakum
Very bad customer service
I have captured a chat of me trying to contact customer service for the last 2 days for a transaction error yet i never received any reply.
Not the first time you should definitely work more on your chat option as its the only possible way to communicate with you👎tuwue
No customer service
I am writing this review because there is literally no other way to contact the customer services team! I want to close the account because:
1. I am unable to transfer money to it so it doesn’t support my needs.
2. Customer service is non existent. There is no phone number and the ‘live chat’ and email address is clearly unmanned because no one responds.
I want to close this account to avoid incurring charges for not ‘maintaining an account balance’ (which I physically cannot do!) And I when I request to close the account on the Live chat, I keep getting an automated response saying I’m going to be charged 50AED closing the account and that I need to talk to a ‘human member of the team to close the account’...?! It is so stressful and frustrating.Show lessnsthilaire1976

The only reason I use this is because im a student and at 19 years no bank would open an account for you in this country. The app is buggy and the customer service is the worst i’ve ever seen. They have useless bots to chat with and tech support treats your texts, whether in app or on social media, as emails and reply hours late. They could not fix my issue and it’s been more than 24 hours and i’ve only received 2 replies from them on twitter. I think it’s time that Emirates NBD takes accountability for liv. since it clearly can’t handle itself on its own as a digital bank.Show lessSweg Boyh

The worst bank there is.
I have several different accounts and the customer service is spectacular and efficient.
I deal with other digital banks and their services regarding refunds and general queries are quicker and they are m quick to respond.kar1997a

The app would improve way better after adding these features:
- dark mode
- better x-callback url sport >currently when I open a liv link: it opens the app then jumps to the app page in App Store which is oddMr.sparks911
Awesome banking app
Definitely recommend for all to have. Makes life so much easier from splitting up the bill to recharging up your phone to paying your Nol card! The list is endless! You basically get to do everything at your fingertips!Zany786
